The Texas toast AND the patty are half the thickness of the old Frisco’s. And was room temp through and through like it had sat out on a counter overnight (which I knew it hadn’t. Waited while they made it) The bread was hard as shoe leather. And to top it off was over $11 for just the sandwich and med Coke. The money is irrelevant if it had been a great burger. Chicken was fried in old oil that was needing replaced. Burger that replaced the chicken was like a chunk of leather. My sandwich was barely luke warm. Positives the prepackaged ketchup was great and the prepackaged milk was cold.

Third time going to Creston Iowa Hardee’s and couldn’t find a clean table anywhere! I’m done with That Hardee’s! I again brought the matter up to the cashier and she just ignored me, I had to change order to go.

Was hoping this Hardee’s would have fresh fries, the search continues for a Hardee’s the will give you fresh fries in the drive thru. Cold soggy zero crunch at all and over the noon hour? Hate to one and done a place but cold food over the lunch hour is incredible. Would have returned the entire order if I didn’t have to get back to work.

We just had the most amazing breakfast sandwiches from here! They seriously looked like the TV commercial ones. So good! The eggs were fluffy, the biscuits were soft and there was so much filling in the omletye biscuit. I haven’t had one this good since the 90s. If they keep this up I would definitely make thw drive there more often. Staff was super friendly and the service was really fast. I’m really impressed.

It was about 9:20 p.m., not a very busy time on a normal evening. I ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders combo. I was the only one in the drive-through lane. The man at the window said I would need to wait a few minutes because “that guy just ordered the last one. We have to drop fresh.” I asked to just wait at the window since no one was behind me. I was told I needed to pull forward to wait because the window drive time would stop running if I moved. That felt disingenuous, nearly a lie/cheat way to keep the scores up for corporate, and a dismissal of the customer. I was not as important to the store as the corporate scoring of drive time.

Great service, management was helpful & handled an error like a pro. I am satisfied with service & ultimately with the food. The dine-in was clean & full at lunchtime ( a good sign). Keep it up guys!
