I used to work at Hardee’s on Franklin myself early in my teen hood, I went there to get breakfast today and I would’ve never imagine seeing the establishment as discombobulated an Inprofessional as it is. People in drive-through waiting over 20-30 minutes, I am a victim of that myself. I was in drive-throug, instructed to pull ahead waited 25 minutes so I proceeded to park in a regular parking spot to go inside and wait 10 more minutes for my food to be prepped and given to me. just save your money. Save your time, eat at home if it’s really bad just starve, but this is not this is not it 2026.

Went in this morning for 3 breakfast platters. Ordered them all with bacon to make it easier, got 3 platters with sausage. Hardly any tator tots with meals and sausage looked burnt. The gravy was so salty and with the biscuit in the gravy it was even saltier. Disappointed it wasn’t better like it used to be and upset I spent my money on an inaccurate, salty breakfast.

Stopped in to get food tonight. The register up front wasn’t working so we had to wait for the drive through register to be free. Then we had to yell our order over there for her to take it. Waited 30 minutes for food. Nothing. Went up and asked if it was ready and if not we wanted a refund. The lady turned around and tried to just hand us a tray of food that was sitting behind her. It wasn’t even our food. The person who the food did belong to walked up and also asked for a refund because what was on the tray was wrong and cold. Her order was 60$ ours was 30$. 90$ worth of refunds handed out and that’s just while I was standing there. Another guest was asking where his food was when we left. It did seem like the lady working the front didn’t know much and NOBODY would answer her questions or offer assistance in any way. The girl working the drive through was irritated and annoyed every time she asked a question. Again, offering her no advice or help to figure out the absolute disaster going on up front.

Filthy. I came in on my lunch break around 1:30, the place had 2 other people in the place, and went straight to use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting. Nobody has put the gloves on and actually cleaned a thing.

Then I ordered my food and was disrespected when I’m trying to order. Cashier sighs loudly while I’m talking as if it’s too hard to push the buttons and be polite. I won’t be back and honestly I’d recommend you go someplace where they will, AT LEAST, fake courtesy.

Had lunch here yesterday for the first & last time. The employees were upset they had to wait on us. The restaurant was disgusting, employees had cigarettes & lighter on the coffee maker, the counter was cluttered with a mess of stuff. We should have left but stayed and it literally took 20 minutes to get our food. Poor guy came in after us, we had finished our food before he had gotten to order! This place needs new Management!! I have pictures of this mess!

McDonald’s is more popular because the food and service is more consistent. People like consistency. I’ll take inconsistent it it gives me a chance at much better food. McDonald’s is always a 3.5, while Hardee’s is 2.5-5.

Customer service was terrible, they saw me multiple times at the counter while no one else was in the drive thru or store and still just stared at me a didn’t help then proceeded to keep forgetting things with my order. Then ended the note with hair in my food. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Hardee’s. First and last time as this location and one star isn’t even deserved.

The manager, Brandy, I think her name was? Brittany? Something like that. Incredibly rude. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. The picture is below. 4 tenders and a crumb. Smaller than a McDonald’s nugget! Her response? Anything over 1″ is a tender. We’ll see what corporate says. I’m not paying tender prices for crumbs.
Horrible customer service.
Check your food before you leave, folks, they’ll rip you off if they can!
This is their “big” chicken. The meat is paper thin and tough. Not impressed.

Edited to add… according to the lady I talked to when I called customer service, being at least 1″ does, in fact, NOT constitute a chicken tender…

Terrible service, out of 3 of 7 pop flavors. The floor in the bathroom was almost flooded and the entire floor in the restaurant was sticky.
