I also sent an email to the main office. It took us over 20 minutes to get our food and if we would have walked around before we ordered our 30$ meal we would not have ordered. Fries were barly warmer than room temperature the 2 burgers we ordered were cold and very sloppy. The big ham sandwich came out hot but the bun was completely soaked. We saw three separate workers eating fries out of the holding station. We did not complete any part of our meal and we left to get food from somewhere else. I will be contacting the FDA/USDA as this is just unacceptable. Staff were using cellphones with gloves on while preparing food. Please look at the pictures attached as the tables, floors, vents, ceiling, and bathrooms were just completely unacceptable and the bathrooms were worse. There were only 2 other people in the dinning room when we arrived.

I advise people to avoid this location at all costs. The staff all act like it’s a pain in the butt to serve any customer. On top of that the amount of food you get is not longer worth the price. In the pics I’ve provided is what I got vs what I ordered. Until they get all new staff and management I cannot recommend coming here.

Went through the drivethrough. Ordered a hot ham and cheese, small order of fries and a sprite. The sandwich was soggy and looked like it had been sat on. About 3/4 of an inch thick. I got curly fries instead of regular fries which I had not ordered. Took two bites of the sandwich and through the whole meal away. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This is the BEST HARDEES WE HAVE EVER BREN TO!!! The manager waited on us and she was the best ever. The food was the best tasting and she even fixed me cinnamon raisin biscuits. We can’t get them around our home in Nevada, so that meant so much. I never caught her name or the team members. But regardless, they were Awesome!! Food never tasted so good and hot/warm. I’ve been to many Hardee’s on our travels, but came to Waterloo to see our granddaughter wrestle for the 1st time at Hawkeye Community and we googled Hardee’s and picked the best one on Flammang Dr. Oh a Mirsije P. When I specifically request “super crispy bacon” and I get bacon that I would consider raw, I have a problem with that. I took it back in and I think the employee thought I was being disrespectful because I tossed the raw bacon on the counter. I’m sorry but if I’m paying for my food to be cooked, I expect it to be done the way I requested it. I have been to many other locations and they seem to be able to get it done correctly.

I ordered through the app, since it’s so easy when I do that at McDonald’s, and i went through the drive through to pick it up. I waited 15-20 minutes before I made it to the window because the other 2 cars were waiting in front of me. When I got there I told them again, as I did at the drive through speaker, that i ordered through the app, then they told me to pull up by the front doors. I waited. Then a girl came out to ask me what I ordered and they never recieved an order through the app. I showed her my order confirmation then I waited again. Finally, after over 30 minutes I got my food. Never once did I hear a “sorry” or “thank you”. The food was OK, the service is terrible. I will delete the app and never go back. The people that are working here need to get a job outside of customer service.

Went through the drive through around 7 tonight and we were the only car in the parking lot. Went through the drive though and waited for the food which is no bid deal. That means it was made fresh but it wasn’t cooked all the way. The fries went done and the burgers didn’t taste right I was so excited to have it but so disappointed.

Going trough the drivethru and got up to the payment window, we said hello but the employee just took our cash and closed the window. They opened it up again and gave us our change and said there is going to be a wait and to pull up. When an employee brought our food out to our car, we grabbed it and said “thank you” and the employee handed us our food and didnt say a single word to us and walked away. I get all the way home and there are all sorts of hairs baked into my biscuit on my sandwich. The services and now the food..absolutely grossed out and the service was terrible.

I threw my entire meal away. I was genuinely scared to eat it. Pop was only carbonation, no flavor. Meat on the burger was cold and gross. Bread wasn’t toasted, bacon is probably the lowest quality I’ve ever seen.. The worst part… the fries tasted like URINE. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant. They also really need to clean this place up. Its in the perfect location for so much business. Theres no excuse for this.
