Went thru the drive thru this evening as they were closing the dine in area. To the two that were working today thank you. Very pleasant and polite. To whoever is the franchise owner shame on you I certainly hope you cherish who you have working the evening shift for you. Very good job to the two workers.

Tried getting the angus burger over the weekend. Had about 4 lbs of mayo and was inedible. Couldnt even take a bite without condiments and lettuce exploding everywhere. The bun was stale. The patty didnt taste like beef. The fries were good but i literally had to go to subway because my burger was disgusting. I will never go back. Not even a picky eater just for someone to call that a burger was a disgrace. I didnt want to be the guy to bring it in and be like what is this monstrosity but ill just leave them a 1 star because literally their only job is to make a burger and that was too much. My experience was so bad i went back days later to make this review because i was so appalled.

Food Is lack luster. Had a terrible experience just a few seconds ago. Dark brown haired lady with a bun. Super rude. I ordered a burger and fries with a water. Totalled 11$ and some odd cents. I asked why and she tried handing me a bottle of water. I told her I just wanted a cup. She said that’s what came with the meal (never said I wanted the meal). I asked if it’s cheaper to order separately and she said yes. So I said I’d do that. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude as she did it. Came out just over 9$. Then came out with eh literal smallest cup I’ve ever seen in my life. I added a photo. Just sad. Like thanks for the smallest free water ever. To make things worse the sandwich looked mauled, no salt on the fries, and the sandwich tasted like it was in the warmer all day. Inedible. Used to be my fave place for fast food. Now I’m taking my business back to wendies. They never disappoint

Our Hardee’s is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Food is always hot. Staff is friendly. One person who had a cast on her foot is the nicest person there. She remembers us from years back. Always has a smile. I wish I could remember her name.
