Even with the road construction and thier gas on their broiler not staying on.. they still kicked serious butt and made it happen!!! We got what we ordered in a nice amount of time. Super friendly service and very apologetic about the issues they were left to deal with. Maybe corporate should get on this issue and make it right for this location. Maybe corporate should also make some signage for the back way in to this location. Thank you for your amazing service!!

Food was good per normal. Place was clean and well stocked. But they do believe that the sauces come out of their paycheck. I got once sauce and was charged for it. So that was kind of annoying. Other than that.

I stopped by this Hardees with my family on the way to Indianapolis for food and restroom break. As we walked in we were being stared down by the employees and customers in the restaurant. As my mother placed her order the young cashier Skylore M was very rude. She was very agitated while taking our order and kept rolling her eyes. We order 2 big chicken sandwiches, 1 big chicken sandwich meal, and a small cheeseburger. As she packed the bag I notice only 2 chicken sandwiches being placed in the bag. We then told her that we order 3 big chicken sandwiches and she got upset. She then angrily went back to the cash register to charge us for another chicken sandwich. She then went to the cooking area to make more fries and began throwing them everywhere. The manager asked her is she was okay and she then said “no them people wanted another sandwich”. As we waited for the next sandwich I sat with the others to eat in the car. As we bit into the chicken and hamburger sandwiches they were all very spicy. So spicy that they were burning our mouths and they weren’t cooked. The fries were also not fresh. The service was extremely slow and they took longer to give us our orders compared to other people that was there. This is the worse experience I had at a fast food place and racism was very evident.

Food and service at this location have always been great every time we’ve stopped. When we do stop here, we dine in. The dining area could be kept a little cleaner. Tables and booths could probably be wiped down a bit more often, and the window sills could use a good wipe-down as well. Food is a little more on the expensive side for fast food but that’s getting to be the normal everywhere. Sandwiches and fries have been hot and fresh every time as well. So to us paying a little more is worth it.

We ordered food on the app. Part of the order was a chicken sandwich. The chicken was shriveled and hard as leather. My son tried to eat it but couldn’t. So he through the remand away. When I called the store they expected me to dig it out of the trash. Drive the seven miles back to the store just to have the one sandwich replaced. Instead of doing what most fast food restaurants do, take your name and replaced the item when you next in town.
Also, This Hardee’s is usually understaffed and takes longer than usual time to expedite food. We have gown there many time, always ordering on through the app. The quantity of service seems to get worse worse with every visit.

Ordered a loaded omelet biscuit and this is what I got. There was some jank egg and some poorly chopped sausage. There wasn’t even anyone in line when we got there or anyone behind us so there was no reason for the food to look like this!

I stop by this Hardee’s from time to time on my drives between Evansville and Indianapolis, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly, and the service is impressively fast—perfect for grabbing breakfast on the go.
