I specifically choose Hardee’s because I can get my burgers wrapped in lettuce. I ordered meal #2 no cheese and wrapped in lettuce and they were out of med fry containers so took the lg option. After taking the order the lady in the back said it has to be on a bun bc they are out of lettuce. My husband says half the burgers on the board have lettuce on them and you don’t have any plus you offer the option to wrap it in lettuce really no lettuce. So the very reason I went there was pointless. We got the food. One fry cold one fry hot out of fryer. My burger was cold and had cheese on it.

The inventory issues need addressed. The restaurant was clean and the young man who helped us was very kind so they do have good points. If you needed a clean place to eat your lunch I would tell you to go there but if you needed a place to get lunch I would not tell you to get it there.

We came into Hardee’s around lunch time or a little before. We were waited on by Kaden I believe. He was very kind and helpful as we hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in awhile and not sure what exactly some of the sandwiches were! We got our food quickly and it was delicious!! Very impressed! I went up to the counter to thank the cook. His name was Austin I believe. These two workers, Austin and Kaden, did a wonderful job with excellent customer service and cooking our food in a timely fashion.
The restaurant was clean and neat. Before we left, we used the restroom and it was impressive as well! Very clean and smelled clean also!! Definitely will be returning to Hardee’s!

I came in today during a very long road trip headed home. We were all exhausted, hangry & still upset from our service from McDonald’s on our previous stop. The restaurant & restrooms was VERY clean . My family & I received the best service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant from Mrs. Norma Walker. Im not sure if she’ll see this but Norma I thank you so much for being so patient & polite with my family & I. Eventhough you guys were extremely busy you kept your cool & handled everything with a smile. Thank you for making our stop in IN a pleasant one . I hope this makes it to corporate & she is giving a raise & told what an excellent job she’s doing!!

The place was somewhat busy and the workers were putting in a lot of effort, but the food came out fresh and in good time. However, what seemed like the manager seemed a bit harsh with staff and the environment felt somewhat disorganized. It just seemed like the system or communication wasn’t running very smoothly.

I work late and get there at 1am about every thrusday since they started staying open all night. Norma is almost ALWAYS working and my food is fresh. Thanks Norma for always being patient with me while I find my debit card. Haha. Good food & great service. See ya next Thursday. Mushroom and Swiss burgers are always awesome

I hadn’t been to this particular Hardee’s in years and I decided to swing through and the food was just as great as it used to be! Their staff was great and Kaden went above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect! I have been to a lot of fast food restaurants and had the pleasure of meeting a lot of smiling young faces but this young man was very helpful and sweet and I appreciate this so much.

Had a nice guy (Kaden) help make sure my sandwiches were made correctly because I have picky kids. Appreciate him and his work. Not many would even care. Made sure everything was fresh so it would still be warm when I got home.

Biscuit looked like it fell on thefloor and stepped on my husband got the gravy and it was cold and the dining room is freezing be awhile before we return come on Hardee’s you can do better
