Went thru drive thru. 2 cars ahead. Very slow service. Got the famous cheeseburger. Don’t know what it’s famous for?? Nasty dried up burger, there was more lettuce then anything. Bun was very hard. Then also got a apple pie. That pie been there a few hours!! Probably won’t be back!!

Have been there several times to the drive up. Ordered the hand breaded chicken 4 different times and have received it once because they didn’t have time to thaw one out. If they are not going to take the time to fix it, why have it on the menu?. The last time I went, I again ordered the chicken sandwich, was told they couldn’t fix it, so I ordered a different sandwich, and onion rings. Lo and behold, no onion rings. That is the last time I will go there.

I just got a sandwiche from Hardee’s South Marion. There was so much mayonnaise ketchup and mustard I couldn’t even eat it. A sloppy mess.. On top of that.. I found a hair in my sandwich when I went to clean all the slop off.

Don’t waste your time here. This Hardees needs to be shut down so people don’t think you can actually come here to get fast food. Only 3 people working at lunch time. None of the employees know what’s going on or seem to care at all. They acted like it was an inconvenience to them to take my order. Forget about coming here for breakfast either, half the time they aren’t open at their advertised time. No general manager is listed, don’t think they have one.

Need to change your hours on Google to coincide with your actual hours posted on your door. It doesn’t help your customers that are traveling thru looking for something to eat and Google says ur open at 5am when in reality ur not open until 6am according to the hours posted at your door.
