This is my go-to fast food stop, and I am here frequently. Food is always hot, and the service is quite good for fast food. My question is, why are you allowing the homeless man to live in your booths for several months now? It’s kind of a turn- off while dining. I understand he needs a place, but it seems like you’ve been more than generous already.

Food wasn’t that great. It was edible, but that is it. Fries weren’t hot just warm and burger tasted very low quality. Kind of reminded me of a school lunch. We were there in the middle of the night so service was slow because they only had one person at first. Another one showed up eventually. If you absolutely need food it’s ok. For the price it isn’t worth it though.

Ok. So I normally don’t rate fast food places, but this place needed to be mentioned. I’m on the road and came into this place last night at 11pm. I thought that because of the late hours, I couldn’t expect quality anything. I was wrong. Their food was cooked fresh and the best customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant…anywhere. I’m an over the road truck driver, so I have definitely seen more than my fair share. It was very impressive.
Fast-forward to this morning, and I come in here for a quick breakfast before hitting the road to Michigan and once again…the customer service and the friendliness of the staff were above and beyond! The food once again, fresh. Whatever you guys are doing here, keep it up! Your whole team is a shining example of what every fast food restaurant should be. Thank you so much for your dedication. It makes being on the road away from family that much easier to deal with.

My meal was good. Typical Hardee’s. Service was fine , if a little overworked. Atmosphere is it’s in a truck stop, so, there’s that. It’s quite convenient, just feet away from I69. Fill up the car, feed the kids, and get back on the road.

Was 10:25 when we got there, was wanting something off the breakfast menu and the lady says, we quit serving breakfast after 10:30, I’m like well it’s 10:27 (by that time) and she was just like yeah. I’m like so I can’t get such & such breakfast. Her reply was just no, I do t usually work in the morning. So I just ordered the fresco burger and it wasn’t hardly very hot. Not a good Hardee’s location. Choose somewhere else like Popeyes down the road. Way more worth it!

1 ⭐ this time,,, Wanted to order item #2 with curly fries chicken strips only,,, But the male cashier gave me #2 with regular fries,3 strips with fries (made that a combo) and gave me a separate tray with mix of expired curly fries and regular fries and I ended up paying more money for stale food,,,, The cashier should always repeat the order before placing it and please don’t take ur customer’s for granted. Horrible experience.

Stopped in and tried there new grilled cheese burger… how do you have a grilled cheese with the cheese not melted? Not fresh at all the rollerdogs next door would had been better then that garbage. Total waste of money.

I drove 30 miles just for a steak biscuit only to be told they don’t sell the steak anymore however I ordered and loaded omelette biscuit it was delicious the biscuit was crunchy yet very moist and soft thank you Hardee’s you are the best

Went through drive-thru, wait time was less than 5 minutes. Ordered biscuit and gravy. Also, the Omlemet biscuit is highly recommended. I enjoyed everything
