Every time my husband and I have eaten here the customer service has been amazing. The lobby has been phenomenally clean as well as the bathrooms. You can tell how well respected the general manager, Parlethia is by how well the employees respond to her. I wished that all my experiences with restaurants have been this amazing. Had family come from out of town. Went to order 14 biscuits for breakfast. Was told we’d have to call them to order them a head of time. It’s breakfast. You should have plenty of biscuits. Or could have said we can make them for you if you wish to wait. But wouldn’t take our order. We would have waited. Went to another place and they were happy to help us.

We went here on Christmas Eve and there was only one worker but the burger was really really good. We came back today and once again great food! Only thing is they take a long time even with nobody else in line and they keep the building closed, locked, so don’t expect to use restroom.

So love Hardee’s and their chains like Carl’s Jr. I noticed this restaurant is often devoid of people. So thought I’d give them some money. Ordered a sandwich meal for me and my partner. And well it was a let down. The Sammy while fresh had a greasy wrapper on the outside. Their were no condiments. Katshup dispenser was empty. No packets of any kind of other condiments. Sure lots of salt, sugar, pepper, but nothing but an empty dispenser. Sweat tea empty, unsweetened tea also empty.

The people who work the counter & drive thru are the most disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people I have ever encountered in the food industry. We ordered a breakfast platter & didn’t get a fork. I got up to get one & the woman in the photo was rude on her phone & complaining VERY loudly to the rest of the team members “to make sure to put forks in the bags cuz she ain’t got no time for people being up here being smart” There was no manager in sight, they are all hanging around, screaming back & forth like they are just hanging around at home. She continued to complain loudly where everyone in the restaurant could hear her as we sat & finished our meal. I realize this is fast food but, there is still a certain level of expected decency when you are a customer in a place of business.

Ordered three hot ham and cheese sandwiches. The place was dead. Pulled up to the window, paid, and while waiting decided we should have ordered fries. So when the girl finally gives us our sandwiches we ask if we can order 2 fries. She says she will have to pull us forward to cook them and we said that would be fine. Some other worker behind her says, “they sat there the whole time Just to order something else?!” I heard it all through the open window and told them nevermind. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very rude and disrespectful. Maybe that’s why they stay dead because of how the staff treats customers?
