I recently moved back to Franklin, Ky and the food here wasn’t a good as it used to be. When I lived here 15 years ago, this Hardee’s was one of the best restaurantsin town. I went through the drive through a week ago around 8am. I was unfortunately disappointed in the quality of food I had this morning. However, the service was great. The young woman did a wonderful job taking my order and handling my transaction via the drive through. She was cheerful, courteous and efficient. I ordered sausage biscuits with egg and cheese. The biscuits were very over cooked, dry and crumbling. The eggs were very thin, tasteless and soggy. The sausages were very overdone and thin. The food seemed to be left over and reheated but I could be wrong. Hardee’s has always been a favorite of mine for breakfast but this was a disappointing experience. I will try to go there again. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.

Gross. Ordered 3 breakfast platters. The biscuits were not cooked and the eggs were black from a dirty grill. Fed most of it to the dogs. Won’t eat here again.

We went thur drive thur on 5/10/25 time 2:16pm and order the 2-5.99 bags but they charge me more for the two burgers bag. The lady in drive thur was nice. But the Manger was hateful I just ask why was one 5.99 and the other one 6.99 and the he didn’t let her answer and pop a attdude with me and I just told him was the sign said 5.99 pick two and he hateful about he turn round said the 2 burger was 6.99 ok. not good service with him I can tell the little lady was scared alittle. But I was nice to her and told her have a nice day . It’ true about getting 2 burgers in the bag for 699.That should be on the sign.
