I participated in Tender Tuesday here today at 4:50pm and I just have to say that the 6 tender I received were absolutely awful. Each bite is overcooked, there’s no spice seasoning whatsoever, and even taste stale and dry instead of fresh. I requested 1 ranch and 1 BBQ as well and instead received 4 ranch and no BBQ.

I loveeeeee the girl nevaeh, she’s an absolute amazing drive thru a front counter worker, I love when she brightens my day up even when she’s in a rush!! I appreciate her but the chicken can be cooked better an don’t be on no bs.

I went to this restaurant on Monday at 8:30 pm and restaurant is open until 9 pm. I saw a worker inside and she closed the door right before my face making sure I will not enter. This is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I bought a 10 piece chicken tender that had been completely over cooked. A mushroom burger and the patties were completely way to burnt like the chicken was and it didn’t have any mushrooms on it at all. I spent 30$ there and only the fries were edible so I do not recommend this place if that’s how they do

Last couple times we’ve tried to give them a 2nd and 3rd chance(several months between) but yet again, hair in the food. Not the first time, its actually the third time in a row, I’m officially done with this location. The only manager that requires their staff to wear hair nets is Ray and sadly I rarely get by when he’s working if he’s even still there, he does great but the other managers dont enforce health and safety protocols at all and its obvious because even going months between visit their hair in food ratio is 4:1 at the moment.

Avoid at all costs. I know there isn’t much to eat around this area but make your way a little further east, there are so much better options and you don’t have to experience the absolutely dismal service and food of this Hardees. I genuinely can’t understand how their franchise hasn’t been pulled. Corporate desperately needs to secret shop this location. The woman at the desk was so rude and disrespectful. The food was awful. My chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp. The buns were also burnt so bad that they were literally black.

I’m not sure how this place stays open. They clearly don’t want to work or make sales. They had a line of people wanting to get food and they could have cared less. When ordering they said the biscuit table was broken so they didn’t have any biscuits. I said okay I’m just wanting the breakfast platter. Can you toast some Frisco bread and use for toast instead. The response was nope we sold out of all of our breakfast food. We can’t fix anything but lunch. So one after another all the customers started leaving. One asked if they will have them tomorrow -Sunday and the man said yes. We will have it fixed by then. So by Sunday you are going to fix the table and get a food truck shipment? I’m not buying what you’re trying to sell us. It’s a shame people want to spend money in a business and can’t because well you decide. I won’t be back after driving miles to get there to waste my time. Never again for this location.

We ordered breakfast and got some cinnamon raisin biscuits and they where dry as could be and they didn’t put them in the box correctly they where upside down with hardly any frosting on them. My daughters chicken biscuits was burnt and the chicken looked like crap. Whoever the manager is they need to do something with their cooks and servers!! This is uncalled for their food is already expensive!
