Idk if it’s because they’ve lost their competition in Harrogate or what. But today was a total disappointment. My regular fries were half full of curly fries, which I cannot eat. The picture is what was left of the medium order of regular fries, after picking out all the ones I couldn’t eat. I also ordered the double ham and cheese, but it’s actually smaller than the regular one, I usually get. The tenders were hard and dried out, leftovers from lunch, I guess. The curly fries with them were picked out of my regular ones. Oh, and there’s also a picture of the “Salt” I asked for. The entire order was just sad.

Me and my papaw get the cinnamon raisin biscuits all the time and that’s the one thing we enjoy. They were stale and had the smallest amount of icing I’ve ever seen! Absolutely ridiculous! Very dissatisfied.

This one hard they have great food but there always short handed. Theres usually long wait times no matter what you order. Prices are fair but people are not really that friendly. And most of the time they mess up my order. I wish I could say I could recommend this restaurant but unfortunately I cant because of wait times and high possibility of food being wrong or left out of bag. But will say food is great if you get what you order.

The burgers were awful. Poorly seasoned, inadequate condiments (lettuce, onion, pickles), soggy squished-flat bun, cold. The spicy chicken sandwich (patty?) was pretty gross (though it was spicy) and the construction of the sandwich followed the same inadequacies as the burgers. The fries were good but could have been hotter.
When I ordered, the worker asked me if I wanted medium or large. I thought she meant medium was the standard for the special deal and large would be additional so I said medium. I later noticed the extra charge on the receipt. I felt she tricked me by not asking if I wanted small in addition to medium or large. She also didn’t mention the additional charge for the double cheeseburger. It was on the poster but the poster was on the outside of the store (none on the inside) and couldn’t be easily read from inside the store.

Traditional Hardee’s location. This Middlesboro, Kentucky location doesn’t appear to have been remodeled nor updated recently. This location is still the “old-school ” look and feel. There is some cool “retro” Hardee’s pictures and art work in the dining room. The dining room and facilities are clean and well maintained. I am a frequent guest at a nearby hotel and this Hardee’s location is extremely convenient. I have visited this location on several occasions and my experience is generally consistent. My recent visit was to order the chicken tenders platter, which is my favorite Hardee’s meal. I would highly recommend the Honey mustard dipping sauce if you choose the chicken tenders. Generally, I can order and take my food to go very quickly. Plenty of parking. Location does have drive thru service. Hardee’s is conveniently located on the main highway (25E), near 84 Lumber and across the highway from Walmart.

The burgers we got where not that great at all it was the Frisco burger the fries where ok and the sweet tea was good. for a fast food place I would not call it fast we had to wait 15 minutes for two meals and it was not busy at all. we will not go back

This is literally the only google review I’ve ever done. Because it was that bad. Just staying in town for work and it was right by the hotel so I figured it would be a quick bite. The fries tasted like they had been cooked the day before the chicken was hard. The staff just did not care. Thats my speil. Very disappointed. 15$ waisted

45 minutes in drive thru is absolutely ridiculous!! This place sucks! The food was at least hot but I ordered a ham and cheese and it looked like it had been sat on by an elephant it was so smashed!!

I really can’t speak to whether the food is any good because we never got the chance to order. We stood at the counter for five minutes without so much as a hello from anyone — including the employee sitting there on break.
What we did have plenty of time for was noticing how dirty and unkempt the store was. That alone was enough for us to decide to leave. My thought is simple: if they’re comfortable showing that level of dirt and neglect in the front of the house, I can only imagine how bad things are in the back where customers can’t see.
Needless to say, we won’t be back.
