Me and my girlfriend had just got in from out of town late while visiting family. Just wanted a decent meal and to go home to bed. Pulled up to the drive thru about 9:30. Staff all out smoking. Woman on drive thru very clearly annoyed that we came there. Being very rude. Asked for chicken tenders. “We stop doing chicken tenders at 9” in a rude manner. Whatever. Ordered a burger, girlfriend got a burger. Paid 24$. Had to pull up and wait for the food. Staff immediately went back to smoking outside after we got it. Got to where we were staying and it was absolutely disgusting. Burgers undercooked. Mine was absolutely covered in mustard when it doesn’t come with mustard. Didn’t have everything on it. The fries were old enough to vote. They obviously were made whenever they decided they were done making chicken tenders. They had put 3 packs of jelly in the bag as a joke. We threw it out. This particular Hardee’s is an absolute embarrassment. Go literally anywhere else if you don’t feel like being treated like trash and then also have to pay for trash to eat. Eat out of the dumpster out back. You’d get a better meal for free and the raccoons would be much more pleasant than the night staff.

Went around 9:30 on a Friday (closes at 10). They said they don’t serve chicken after 9. Not the end of the world, but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. Handed the food to us, we said thanks, and they said “mmmhmmm”. I’ve seen more lively people at the cemetery.

I am a doordash delivery driver. Every time a driver goes into this location, there is one manager who insists on speaking to them as if they are children, or worse, dogs. She is extremely condescending and doesn’t seem to grasp the concept that we don’t work for her. I am getting to the point of just NEVER taking deliveries from here anymore. If you value your driver and hope to get your food in a reasonable amount of time, order from somewhere else. I’m sure I’m not the only driver tired of getting no professional respect from this manager.

Hadn’t had Hardee’s in a very long time. Went for breakfast and probably the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. Swiss cheese egg and sausage muffin sandwich. Sausage and egg OK but the Swiss cheese was a gelatinous glob of Gunk with no indication that it was cheese! No Swiss flavor at all but awful-looking chunks of something in it. Quite slimy.

BETTER OFF GOING TO HARROGATE!!!!Terrible Place!!!manager Ruth and General manager Debra was absolutely terrible I spent $10 on my meal that I always eat with buffalo sauce I forgot it and went in to get it they wanted to charge me 27cents because I didn’t get tenders I said I just went through the drive through spent $10 an you can’t give me a 27cent sauce you can give me my $10 back and lose business over a 27cent sauce then I went to Hardee’s in Harrogate and got the same meal with fresh fries and 2 FREE buffalo sauce no questions asked. What manager would give $10 back over a 27cent sauce Debra. & If I could give zero stars for the review I would!!!!

Ordered a crispy bacon biscuit with hashrounds. The food was cold, especially the hashrounds. Yhe bacon was not crispy. The woman kept my debit card. Had to get her attention and ask for it after she gave us the food and closed the drive-thru window. I think she planned on keeping it…
