Never go here. I pulled up to the drivethrough with only two other people infront of me that had already ordered. The first dude inline pulled off and when the second dude drove to the window, she gave them their food and proceeded to talk for 20 minutes in the drivethrough and just let me sit there while they just chitchatted. I didn’t even get my food I was so upset, I just drove off. Will never be back. Disrespectful, inconsiderate staff!!

Went thru drive thru and was given the wrong order. I go to get it fixed. Asked for what I ordered (bacon biscuit, extra bacon WELL DONE). Yeah not well done at all. I don’t eat chewy bacon so there’s almost $8 that I’m throwing out.

Girl at the Window should be a comedian if she wants to tell her coworkers funny stories. Barely spoke to me, but stayed turned around talking to coworkers the entire time. Wrong food received and I didn’t realize until I got to work without the promised order. 0/10. pay attention.

Hardee’s on Keeneland drive in Richmond KY is my favorite BUT both Hardee’s in Richmond never disappoint on BREAKFAST !!! (& the employees always wearing a smile, being polite with anything else i can do for you, thank you & have great day!!) Not only is Breakfast the most important part of your daý – but carrying that good positive attitude & energy onto work or wherever you start the day is even great !!

Had a mobile order. Hung out in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes waiting on it. She hands me the wrong drink. I told her I had a lemonade, she proceeded to hand me a large soda instead and shut the window. I had to walk back in and grab my drink. I get home half a mile down the road, and I check out my order. The Frisco biscuit is soggy as can be. The hash rounds are in the same condition, with old grease. THIS IS INSTANT GRAVY and its gross. And they forgot the rib eye biscuit as well.
I absolutely love hardees, but this is freaking ridiculous how the entire order is jacked up in some way.

My sandwich was dry and microwaved way too long. Very disappointed… Come on Hardee’s you can do better than this.

Got a kids meal, the fries were poured into the bottom of the bag & tasted like they had been under heat to long & the burger was nowhere near the size of the bun with no dressing to it as u can see from the picture a lot of bun was torn away.

Fifteen minute wait time, after paying and being asked to pull forward. The burger was cold, with a faint taste of mold about halfway through. Cold, hard fries, tasting like they were reheated from yesterday. My office is less than 5 minutes away, so it had to have been served cold. On top of that, it was THIRTEEN dollars for a single (one thin patty) frisco burger, with medium fries and coke. The only plus is that the lady at the drive thru window was very nice. Hardee’s should just close up after breakfast if that’s the best they can do.
