The restaurant was about 20 minutes from our Airbnb, and decided to try it for dinner. The food and service were okay. We had a party of 6, with 5 eating (the other is vegan), and 18% gratuity is automatically added. Before we were seated, she did explain that to us. What was unexpected was that you paid for the food before the order was prepared, even for dine-in. The server was friendly and attentive while we were deciding on what to order. After the food was brought out, she checked on us once. The bags were hot and brought out quickly. The texture of the sauce was unexpected and thicker than I was accustomed but was flavorful.

I feel they could have charged towards the end of the meal JUST in case we wanted to order something while eating, taxed twice just doesn’t sit well with me.
Shrimp was overcooked and flavor just wasn’t it. Santa Rosa location in Sonoma County is definitely more flavorful than Fairfield but maybe they were having an “off” day? Not dying to come back

Visiting from out of town.Bag O Crab is the place to go to for combination seafood cooked in a bag and sauced. Prices vary to the order of seafood.Served with Bib.plastic gloves and wipes.Be prepared to have fun.And all tasty.A must try…yummy

My wife loves seafood boils, so while we were in town for a few days, we decided to give this place a try. I wasn’t thrilled about having to order and pay upfront; it made me concerned about the service quality. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated. Once we paid, the staff didn’t come back to check if we needed refills or extra napkins. While I don’t mind asking for water refills, it became frustrating after the third time when it was clear that service was over after payment.On the positive side, my wife enjoyed her food, which made me happy. However, we encountered an issue with the advertised promotion. The sign outside promised 1lb of crawfish or shrimp free with a purchase of $60 or more, but we were only offered 1lb of mussels and had to order the crawfish separately.Overall, the experience was decent. Given the limited local options for seafood boils, I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re in the mood for it. It’s not the best, but it’s not the worst either.

Gotta pay before you get the food. But I he portions are very nice. Service was ok. If you like seafood it’s worth it. If you love garlic.. Louisiana is your pick.. but you have to love that garlic .. like I’m talking like seafood with your garlic.. lol

So I went here to try for the first time got wings and garlic fries and let me say man that was horrible like they should really take everything off the menu that’s not seafood. Flavorless chicken, and the garlic fries just straight up oil no flavor I feel sick I might have to got to the hospital

This food was absolutely disgusting… the sauce tasted like they used spaghetti sauce. It was thick and mushy. I’ve literally never had a crab boil this bad before. I will NEVER be coming back. Like wow .. not to mention I spent 70 dollars. Will be definitely be exposing them. My sister literally had to wash off her seafood boil in order to enjoy it. I just threw mine away. The snow crab weren’t good quality either. I don’t see how anyone could enjoy this.
