In November, I was so excited to see that the cinnamon raisin biscuit was back!!! I ordered a 4 pack on door dash and they all were very hard and crumbly, such a disappointment!!! Ordered a 2 pack TODAY, 1/5/26, and these are even harder!!!! I never leave bad reviews but I AM PISSED!!!!!!

Walked here while my car was being worked on at the Toyota dealership. Despite the hours stating 6am dine in open, on a Thursday December 18th the dining room was closed at 9am. Impossible to know if anything is good, since they’re actively providing false advertising.

The manager for the morning crew really has a good head on his shoulders and the staff is very accommodating. Delicious every time. Love this place. Thank you for making my breakfast the drive thru is so fast…even if ther is a 5 cars in line , your wait is less than 5 minutes. Great experiences

Being new to the area, we hadn’t tried Hardee’s in years.
To be honest, I was concerned that it would be like a lot of the other restaurants in the area that offered subpar food and subpar services. Me and my wife decided to give it a try anyway.
From the beginning, We were treated with kindness and respect Courtney was absolutely the best. She helped us navigate the menu to find the items we were looking for. She went above and beyond by offering samples of the available sauces, so we could find the right taste to compliment our meal.
She simply made our experience the best we’ve had in Louisville, KY.
It is because of her and the great food they served, Hardee’s will now be our first choice when our family orders out.
With Courtney’s great customer service, kindness and exceptional attitude, I have no problem recommending her and this Hardee’s to anyone who appreciates hard work, devotion and kindness.

My college and I just went through the drive thru of this store and I have to say great experience. We only ordered a milk shake and fry but not only was our order made fresh but the gentleman at the window was on point. Clearly busy doing multiple things, he was managing it all with a great personality and professionalism, making sure to interact with each customer personably, insuring all their needs were met individually, and leaving them with something to smile about. I stopped here for lunch Thursday. After ordering a number one, the clerk at the window yelled at me for giving her dollar coins, which she thought were quarters. She was angry at me but did delivery my food. The fries are great! The Famous Star hamburger was great.
