Staff leaning in counters with cell phones on hand playing, talking. Acknowledged me then took almost 3 minutes to wait on me, although there wasn’t another person in the entire restaurant. While they were standing there talking, not working, continued to finish before waiting on me.

Went at lunch time and they were super busy. I went inside and used the clean restroom. I placed my order and in less than 5 minutes I had my delicious chicken sandwich combo with onion rings in hand. Fast service, good food and friendly staff

I just ordered the Monster Roast beef combo. It was not as good as the times I’ve had it before. It was lukewarm at best & they once again forgot the packs of bbq sauce. (I know.. Bbq sauce on a roast beef sandwich? But it works.. Trust me..)
