I always dine in due to me riding motorcycle. I come every week most weeks 3 visits. I’ve read some of these reviews and I’m shocked. Not once have I been inside and it wasn’t clean not once have I been inside and the employee/employees been rude to me or anyone else and I pay attention to everything. Working with health department years ago has ruined me. Most important my food has always been cooked to order. It literally will burn me if I don’t wait to eat it. Jose comes out and talks to his customers all the time. There are a lot of local regulars in the restaurant daily. It’s a friendly atmosphere in my opinion. People have bad moments not just employees but customers as well. Don’t let that one moment corrupt your whole day. Thank you Hardee’s team

Honestly, I would not even give this location 1 Star. Went Saturday morning, 11/1 to grab some breakfast, they were out of fried egg which they told us about and it was fine but fail to inform us about also being out of Orange Juice, which it’s fine as well not a big deal I completely understand from working in the fast food and server industry in the past but OMG, the customer service was HORRIBLE. Went to the window and when we saw that one of the drinks was not Orange Juice and asked about it a older woman argue with us about it stating, “oh he told you we were out”. Then as we were leaving we heard them saying things like, “I don’t want to take anymore orders” and other stuff that you shouldn’t say in front of customers, I mean at least wait until the window is close and go where customers can’t hear you. That’s not even the worst part. We looked in the bags to make sure everything is there and the sandwich’s were a mess like just thrown together, the sausage looked like it was sitting in water for hours, looked old. Usually I’m a person that will let things go but with how their attitude was, I was not going to waste money. Went back to get a refund and the manger, Jose looked like he didn’t want to be bother, with an attitude he tells his worker “what do they want”. As he comes to us a young lady comes and snatches the drinks from our hand, the whole time is looking at us with an attitude and then as we are waiting for the manager says, “they need to leave”. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service the way I did that day.

So I can hear in the drive thru radio an employee arguing with other customer about price. Ok no big deal. Anyway pull up to get my order and the manager is talking to the upset employee about it. Still.. lol. Im just thinking to myself, “like come on people, you’re not building a freaking bridge.” just bag the food already. Anyway I pull off with my order and I go to look at my drink and it’s a huge bug sitting on the ice. Probably drinking my sprite. I whip around , park and go inside to talk to manager about it and he sends one of his workers to come see what I want. Instead of coming to talk to me like I specifically requested ” let me talk to your manager”. I guess he was to busy saving the world whatever. So the worker , a young lady takes the drink and goes to go make a new one. Man WTH! a drink from Yall is the last thing I want now. SMH. I just shook my head and walked out of there. I didn’t even try to talk any further because I was pissed. Ain’t tryna talk crazy to people nowadays. But yeah yall need to clean up. Im still trying figure out was the bug in the icemachine,or of the soda spickets, did it fall off an employee clothing . ?? Idk. Looked like a termite on steroids with hooks. I was to mad to take a pic. Pay attention also. What yall making drinks and ice with a blindfold on ?? Fast food sucks so hard nowadays.

We showed up running through the rain hungry and anticipating good food and let me tell you. Jose and his team were ready. Me and my boyfriend both ordered a sausage link biscuit meal and sat inside while we waited for the weather to pass. The food was so fresh and good. Jose came out and cut up with us for awhile. Greah food and great atmosphere so early in the morning. Thank yall.

Jose is consistently RUDE each and every time I go to Hardee’s. Mix and match were supposed to be 5. He got mad when I asked about it. It’s always something with him. I absolutely despise him. I’m going to start driving off when I hear his voice on the speaker! If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and QUIT!

Very disappointed. What is this red stuff on the tray and eggs? Called the store to complain and got denial and disrespectful response from manager. Then my called the health department and was pretty much told they couldn’t do much but reiterate proper food handling. Then she called district office but got no answer. She left a message and her phone number. Later the manager called her and he immediately began lying about how he got her number. I called him from my phone so he didn’t know her number. Just wondering what’s going on inside that restaurant. I have been a regular customer but now I can’t possibly go there again
