Normally enjoy what I get from Hardee’s. It is usually one of my main go-to’s when I need fast food. However, the store was not busy at all, at the speaker, I was met with an exasperated sigh, and the assembly of the food was subpar. On a positive note, the fries were hot and fresh.

Food was hot, quick and reasonably priced. Restaurant was crowded but had plenty of tables available. I believe this particular restaurant to be one of the busiest Hardee’s. Coffee was hit and good. Only fault is not being able to have fried or actually scrambled eggs instead of egg sheets

Picked up an order and didn’t realize there was an error until getting back to work. Error was not a big deal, one patty when I ordered two. That happens. The difference between a one star, or a five star, review is how the restaurant handles it. Hardees nailed it.
Customer service is nearly nonexistent nowadays so when I called, it was so refreshing to see somebody actually still understands what it is. Latasha is a star. Great job!

Friendly staff, beautiful dining room, and excellent food – what more could you ask from your local fast-foodrestaurant? Right off I-45 in Tupelo, but I have overlooked it due to gluten issues. The server suggested a lettuce wrap, so I got a chicken club – and it’s REALLY good. Another thing I like is the drink station where you can mix drinks – I mixed cherry coke with coke zero.

My butter biscuit had the butter in the outside making a messy item to eat. Other locations split the biscuit open to put the butter inside which is much better.

When it comes to service, it all depends on who is standing at the counter, I have met 3 different ladies and 2 of them are great, that 3rd one .. no words. I have no idea how she still has her JOB !!! Trust me when I say, she is not there to help you or even give you enough attention to place your order.
