Went to this location because I recently went to a Hardee’s out of town and learned they served curly fries and they were scrumptious. There wasn’t a soul at the business when we pulled up which maybe should have been the first sign. The employee working the drive thru was not very friendly, short, and did not offer a difference between regular fries and curly like the Hardee’s I went to out of state. Ordered a burger combo and a sweet tea, and were immediately told there was no sweet tea, which didn’t make much sense with no customers being in the parking lot at all. Kind of just a disappointing experience all around.

Absolutely appalled. Walked in and there was a gas powered pressure washer spraying the floors in the kitchen area. No doors for ventilation and no idea what all the spray was getting all over the food. Service was fine

The young lady named Lisa Pickens who took my order and the young lady named Takiyah Wilson at the window both had amazing customer service! They were friendly, professional, and showed that they truly love and appreciate people in their work. It’s always refreshing to see employees who genuinely enjoy what they do. Their kindness really made my day !!!!

I absolutely love Hardee’s in Batesville. I visit almost every morning. The food is fresh and the customer service is amazing. The manager Mrs. Lisa has done an excellent job with her crew. If you are looking for good food give Hardee’s in Batesville a try. A1 sevice!!!!

Went thru drive thru. Used a coupon. Cashier was friendly. Returned the coupon. Said to use it again. That makes sense. Had the big breakfast. Still a great deal. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, hash rounds, bacon and coffee.
