I just got a big breakfast and the biscuit was over cooked! It was hard as a rock! The hash browns also were over cooked! Usually the eggs are over cooked but they were actually good this morn. But Please learn to cook biscuits. Hardee’s used to have the Best biscuits but Not anymore

Ate at this establishment for the first time in a while. Food took a LONG time to get to me but it was delicious and hot. They were understaffed but the workers who were there were friendly and accommodating. I do have to knock a star though because the restaurant wasn’t particularly clean. A lot of tables were dirty, and the bathrooms weren’t very clean either.
All in all, a great fast food place in Columbia! Highly recommended

Ordered 3 combo meals. Girl at window was polite. Drove 2 miles home to find that 2 meals were ok. The 3rd meal, a mushroom swiss burger didn’t include mushrooms, was going to eat any until first bite tasted like leather. Drove back to Hardee’s for refund, which I did receive from manager, but she had an attitude and very POOR customer service. I won’t be going back any time soon. Overall bad experience from a crew leader that needs an attitude adjustment. Fail!

So I ordered the sausage patty biscuit. This massive thing consists of two patties, eggs, and cheese on each sausage. I don’t know what was going on this early in the morning for them to just throw some pieces of bacon and the two slices of cheese on the biscuit. As a caregiver I try to get double the amount of protein so that I have something to eat for later as well.

The drive thru person filled my drink only a little above half. There wasn’t any ice, but that wasn’t a problem just for reference. I handed my cup back to them and said its not full. She made an ugly face then slammed the window shut. She then hands my drink back full along with the other drink in my order and straws and immediately slams the window shut. They only gave me the paper money part of my change. They kept the 34 cents. I let that go. She told us to move forward to wait for our food. When she brought out the bag of food she was making a face of disgust and just said here you go. She never once said thank you or made us feel welcome. The order was correct, but the food was room temperature. It should have been piping hot since we had to wait for it.

This establishment has improved on its customer service and cleanliness. I had the chicken sandwich combo that came wit a medium drink and fry. I also had a bacon double cheeseburger. My food was decent except the fries were a little too salty. I will ask for unsalted next trip

Tuesday October the 22nd after leaving the hospital around 8:00 I was hungry and decided to stop at Hardee’s to get me something to eat. Go through the drive-thru the young lady on the other end was not friendly or helpful at all but I brushed it off thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Ordered my meal and pulled around, the young lady told me to pull up to the curb and they would bring my food out to me shortly. After waiting 10 minutes for my meal, young lady brought it out to me trying to be pleasant but was not. Threw it at me and said have a good night. Was heading back to my home which is 45 minutes away from Hardee’s in Columbia, pulled out my Frisco burger and it was cold as ice. So I called up there and asked to speak to the manager, the person that answered the phone said she was the manager. I told her I’d just come through the drive-thru and immediately she started yelling at me asking what was wrong with it and what you want a refund , being as rude and hateful as she could be. Finally when she quit yelling I was allowed to tell her my sandwich was ice cold that my sandwich was cold . I told her that I was already on my way home which is 45 minutes away she said well just come back up here Friday or Saturday . This manager was not friendly or apologic in any way. She went out of her way to be rude and hateful acting like it was my fault the hamburger was cold when she and her teammates plainly did not do their job or do it right. In my personal opinion speaking from a manager’s point of view Hardee’s needs to find them some new employees.

I came today between 230 and 300 with 2 other people. We ordered 3 of the Frisco pulled pork meals. We got a completely different Frisco burger so I went up and told them and they said sorry we’re out. I said why didn’t the cashier inform us on that when we ordered. What if I had a food allergy you couldve killed me. I was very very disappointed. So disappointed that I don’t think I’m going to come back for awhile if ever. But for positives. The French fries was fresh and really good and the burger they gave us the meat had delicious flavor..
