Probably the Best Hardee’s I have had the pleasure of visiting! You other Knoxville stores, take notice of this store as it is the Gold Standard by which all others stores are measured.
The breakfast was piping hot and cooked to perfection.
The Super Bacon Biscuit I ordered was so tasty, and the egg and the biscuit were so flavorful and moist. I ordered my bacon crispy and they got it dead on, not like some of the other fast food places that merely pop it into a microwave in order to achieve that and dry out the whole sandwich in the process.
And the Hash Rounds also cooked to perfection! Piping hot and CRISP.
The service was also excellent. Nobody tried rushing me, as I needed some additional time to read the menu, and the girl taking the orders was so friendly and helpful answering my questions, POLITELY!
Kudos to this shift manager and her crew for the fine job. You can bet that I’ll be back to this store!

Terrible…. Ordered sausage gravy biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Opened the biscuit and the half hanging off cheese was hardened onto the wrapper. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Return to the counter and ask for another. Get it. Biscuit is old and hard, egg old and dead, sausage barely cooked. I then look at my gravy and biscuit. Same old hard biscuit and the gravy had zero sausage. I’m not sure what to think about Hardee’s anywhere anymore. The 2 locations in Loudon County are now closed. This is the next closest and it should be. They had a couple dozen biscuits already packaged laying in the window. Including the first sausage egg and cheese I got. I think no one cares about the whole chain. I’m going to avoid them going forward.

I cannot imagine a situation where the service could be any worse. I was in the drive-through the lady taking my order was distracted. I had to repeat it several times she interrupted me while trying to give the order.. then apparently she got frustrated and said something to the effect of yeah that’s what I said.. at which point I chose to take my business elsewhere

Went in and ordered 2 mustard, and 2 spicy chicken wraps. Took quite a long time for the food to be brought out, even with only one other person inside of the restaurant. When the food came out, it was the wrong order and was mixed up with the other parties order. Once that was cleared up, we brought the food out to our car to eat it, only to find that our “wraps” were both prepared like a taco and there was a singular, disappointing piece of chicken in each of them. Would have probably gone back in to get it fixed, but didn’t have enough time due to an appointment. For my first time going to a Hardee’s in a very long time, our experience was less than adequate.

Came to this Hardee’s very hungry and excited. Requested the meals on the photos and after receiving cups, they did not have drinks.
Asked the man and the lady there about it, they did not wanted even answer us.
We ere charged for what we did not get.
I had to get out and bring the soda cans for us from another place.
I think at least they could let people k ow and or at least when asked, they could apologize or say something to that end but they were very rudely ignored our questions.
