First the lady at the register with name tag: Dragon Lady (receipt name: Annie MARIE M) must hate her job! She isn’t friendly what so ever. And after she rung our order up I asked where I scan my reward and she pointed and rolled her eyes! I scanned my 25% off code and it dropped the order to $14 something and my husband when to tap his card and she said hold on. She didn’t give us the receipt until giving me the food and when I looked at it said $19.17, so she obviously took it right back off that’s why she said hold on and was punching whatever she was! I mean this alone was BS! But I let it go I didn’t say anything other than pointing it out to my husband, which he just shook his head! He made his coffee and it taste like crap and he couldn’t even drink it! The biscuits were good that’s the ONLY thing that was good! I couldn’t eat but half of mine though and wanted to take the rest with me so my husband went and stood at the front for over 5 mins so I went up there to ask if he was still waiting on a bag or did he order something else and he said just waiting on the bag still I asked twice for a bag and the same lady and the man in the green shirt just ignored him! I stood there with him a few more mins and when the lady turned around to call out an order she was holding I waited until she was done talking and politely ask if we could have a bag. She gave me the most eat crap look and said YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A MINUTE! And again rolled her eyes! When she did give me the bag had that same eat crap look and said “HERES YOUR BAG!” and just walked off! Regardless if the food is good or not the food isn’t worth even buying if you can’t even get a little bit of customer service without being made to feel like your bothering them by ordering! Definitely won’t be back here!

I stop in this location alot and, fast service, friendly, smiling but sometime can be a little slower and alot busier. They never let it get to them they keep pushing with smiles and friendliness and still serve fresh amazing food. I have mainly dealt with the managers Megan, Scott and her crew Paola, David , annie. They can sure keep things flowing no problem keep up the good work we will be back.

Food was great! There were only 2 workers in there, one brand new and being trained, so we waited a bit (which is no problem). Because of the 5-10 minute wait, we were given a free drink and fries. The staff was very kind. Bathrooms were clean. My first time going to Hardee’s and I definitely recommend!

I ordered online today (10/27/25). I got the new grilled cheese burger and the burger didn’t even have cheese. I waited about 10 minutes past the time frame it stated my order would be ready and they were not busy what so ever. They only had 3 customers when I went inside and 1 car waiting other then mine so 5 total. I waited in my car they brought my order didn’t bring the drink so I had to go in and get it. Got to work which i was almost late for becauae of waiting, opened the burger and it had no freaking cheese!!! Like seriously. So by this time I couldn’t leave work to go back again. But at least my apple turnover was hot and fresh along with the fries. The food was good even though it wasn’t right
