I had a great experience at the Hardee’s in Oliver Springs. Kelly gave amazing customer service she was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and came out fast, but Kelly’s attitude is what really stood out. Thank you, Kelly, for making my morning better! I’ll definitely be back.

The service was quick but the order wasn’t correct. The sweet tea was like water and the toppings requested were missing. No mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes and barely and onion. The staff was nice until approached about the issue.

Yesterday, on CHRISTmas DAY! I ordered 10 biscuits for me and my whole family! Mitchell the nice young man at the front counter rang me up, I could tell he was feeling the holiday cheer with his funny shirt on lol! . Everyone working was so polite and fast; Amanda, Aaliyah, and John to be exact. When I got the biscuits home everyone enjoyed their fresh breakfast. Very good job, and I’ll be back soon with another large order. Happy Holidays

This is the 1st time in years since I have gotten food from here. The last time I was here I went inside to order and a worker was nasty and dirty and passed out from some kind of substance in the dining room. Fast forward to today I didn’t want to go to oak ridge so i decided I would order in the app and try it out again. I arrived 5 mins till the time they told me to arrive and they already had my food ready for me. The staff was extremely friendly and nice and the food was good too kudos to the managers and the workers that’s making these improvements because it was a completely different experience this time I was fairly impressed and I will definitely be back I am happy that there is actually a good place to get food that’s not expensive in Oliver Springs and I don’t have to go to oak ridge to get it. Keep up the good work guys because you have done an amazing job making this place a establishment that people actually want to go to.

Don’t order anything from here, don’t order delivery don’t order pick up. The food? Not really that bad IF you can get it in the first place.
It doesn’t matter if you have. $13 dollar order or a $50 dollar order. They will mess even your simplest order up and do we really pay for people to get it wrong THIS many times. I don’t ever leave reviews but this is 100% necessary.
This place needs to be shut down, turn back down the highway to the back way and go straight to the Hardee’s in Clinton it’ll save you your time, money, food, energy, and you can have faith the people there working actually care about their job and if they do it right the FIRST time.

This was never an option when choosing where to grab something eat. But the group of employees they have now are truly great. They make you feel welcomed and serve great food. The vibe is light and relaxing. The GM is beyond involved with his employees, he gets to work right along with them while making everyone smile and laugh. Omar and Sara are great cooks, food is cooked to served and always fresh. If something is not right they will make sure to correct it with no problem. My favorite location by a far.

Very nice employees, clean restaurant and restrooms. Food was good,, first time trying Hardee’s. I had their grilled cheese burger it was tasty! The day shift manager (sorry I didn’t get his name) served me my meal directly to my table and took my tray afterwards! Very polite! Great job!

My family and I went to Hardee’s after church on Sunday and we usually have really good experiences. Today was much different as the guy taking orders at the register seemed to be struggling of some kind of substance. I’ve never seen somebody like that running the front register. The line was so long and the worker couldn’t comprehend any of the orders people were giving him so it took forever. People were just walking out and leaving. My family and I got out of line and went thru the drive thru where a very nice lady was taking orders and got us our food a lot quicker. I know sometimes it’s hard cause all you have is the workers who show up but Hardee’s literally lost business because this guy and it made my family uncomfortable to see him tweeking.

Food always fresh 🙂 Staff friendly and professional Dining Area Clean. I visit Hardee’s frequently, usually between 3pm- closing. I was in the dining hall a few nights ago and witnessed a Customer, in the drive thru, Screaming at the staff. You could hear her from the dining hall , where I was. She was insistent that they had forgotten her toppings on her burger. Kelly was courteous and professional, while explaining the burger she had ordered did not come with the toppings, although they did offer either a burger with those toppings or they could add and upcharge for the toppings, with the particular burger she had ordered. Kelly was simply asking which she preferred. This woman was literally screaming about this “mistake”. It was clearly the customers mistake and she could have simply said so and changed her burger. I just wanted to mention how incredible Kelly handled it, while also watching out for her younger staff, so that they did not get the, unnecessary, wrath of this customer. Keep up the amazing work Kelly and Braely !! As always an enjoyable, satisfying and pleasant experience with the two of you at the drive thru and frontline 🙂
