Tried to take my kids here twice this week. First time we came in at 2:30 on 2/18. I asked for a booth. We get the booth then we was just forgot about. No drinks nothing. The female manager told me we are not busy at this time and the servers was talking about the new drinks on the menu. Horrible excuse to me. Maybe one of the servers could have told me about the new drinks on the menu?…On 2/21 we came back because my kids really wanted to come here it was 10:30 at night I just worked a 12 hour shift. Same guy server. This time he took our order didn’t write anything down. He kept making us repeat our orders multiple times. We wait an hour food comes my order is wrong. I told the girl it’s fine my kids would just eat. I’m over this place and that server. We did the meals with play cards. My kids didn’t use the play cards. We didn’t get to eat as a family. My husband’ sent his food back also because he was upset with the service.bill comes they try to charge 91.00 for my kids food. We didn’t even eat together. It was a horrible experience. Dude really needs trained better or a new job. Waste of time and money.

Our first time at a D&B!
Literally every game except 1 was in order and they were actively working on it. The games are modern and for all ages (6+) the ticket redemption center is one of the better ones I’ve seen. Plenty of “prizes” for children and adults! The arcade area was all very clean and there are tables throughout to set your drinks. The situation with food was a little awkward because we went early (around 3pm) and the front door/desk girl genuinely had no idea if we could eat or not, and didn’t know where to send us so my husband went to the bar and asked if we were able to eat and he took care of us! He was helpful and nice but didn’t get his name unfortunately! the manager? (I think!) came by the table twice to make sure things were to our liking and really appreciated that. The food was great, hot and FRESH!! Not a fan of mango honey mustard lol but besides that, my chicken sandwich was delicious. Husband said he wasn’t joking when he feels like his cheeseburger was one of the best burgers he’s eaten (he said they’re smash burgers full of flavor and that the fresh veggies plus the bun were all *chefs kiss* lol) and my 9 year old son had a pepperoni flatbread to which he said was “really good” so I’ll take his word for it! I plan to order a bbq chicken flatbread next time. The ICEE didn’t work 🙁 but who cares, when you can add vanilla or cherry to your soda?! Because the food area was so clean, our order was correct and fresh, with the attentiveness from our server +the (?restaurant/D&B) manager checking on us, we had a very nice dinner experience to add to the fun arcade experience we had afterward. All of the employees we talked to were friendly and created a family-fun atmosphere. We will be coming back! Thanks guys!

We went to celebrate my granddaughter’s 21st birthday and it was a lot of fun. It was extremely noisy, though. The food was really good and the service was ok, but it was really busy. If you plan to ho here, expect to spend a lot of money. We spent over $200 on four people.

The food and games were great with only one game being down. It was very clean as well.

We enjoy Dave& Buster’s as a whole. The atmosphere the food and we always have the quickest service. This is a very fast – paced environment, for this I will share as we do have someone with low vision who goes to Dave& Buster’s with us. His time here is extremely difficult, however, once he is in front of most games, he can see what the game is and interact with it. If you have never been to a Dave& Buster’s, I would definitely suggest looking at prices before taking the trip. They do offer really great deals through the app, and the deals change through each season.

I can’t thank Richard enough for being so accommodating for us and our pop up party. The whole stuff was super friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and very appreciative of the whole staff, helping to make my son’s 13th birthday memorable. Food was delicious as well!!

This was our best experience at Dave & Buster’s. In the past, service has been lacking and food was mediocre at best. Not this time. Our food was excellent And that’s saying something for bar food. Kortyze And the rest of the bar staff were very attentive, and even kind to our children. They all played such a big part and making my son’s 13th birthday amazing.

Food came out a little slow for what we ordered. Everything was served hot and tasted well. The server was nice and efficient. Large selection of games and extended play time could get expensive. Overall a good experience and I would return.

Take my son there for his fourth birthday party and service was horrible play forever do you even get a menu then when we go to use our token cards one game cost at 18 credits and we tapped the card and it took off 60 credits and they would not fix it and we had four different cards and all the cards each at 100 credit well we only got to play maybe four games on each card and we’ve been there in the past we know how to tap them and nobody would help us I’d like to say I’m coming back and it bums me out but I probably won’t come back and I will be telling people what happened
