Very rude to my elder mother in law. Turned down service over her service dog. By law they can only ask if it is a service animal, and what service it knows. They can not ask for papers or why you’re ill. Someone really should sue them, and by law I have all rights to sue them. The Gm was there,and sad because she should know the law.

We have called corporate office, and will not let up until everyone I know in Greeneville knows the management turned down an elder woman’s food. This woman needs to learn her laws. It was over my moms service dog that tells when she needs oxygen. It’s sad she bearly breathes or gets out, and then she has to deal with people making her feel judged. No one should be in management that can’t help their elders.

“I had a great experience at the Hardee’s on Asheville Highway in Greeneville. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which really made the visit enjoyable. The dining area was clean and well-kept, and even during a busy time they kept everything moving smoothly. It’s nice to see a location where both the customer service and food quality stand out. The people are incompetent, took forever for a mobile order and the useless human at the window couldn’t figure out how scan a QR code. Also the app does not have all of the menu items available and I couldn’t order what I wanted. I’m still waiting for my food as I’m writing this and two people behind me have gotten their food before me, supposedly I’m just waiting for fries. 0 out of 10 for service and quality, won’t be returning to Hardee’s again.

the food is good but they don’t get in no hurry to take your order that’s for sure i stood in line this morning waiting to order my breakfast for 15 minutes and they weren’t that busy inside the drive thru was packed but they were about 10 people inside the restaurant and the restrooms were nasty and stunk like something from out of the sewers systems and the trash cans were overflowing also so I am definitely going to have to leave them a bad rating this time around i was very unhappy with the service that we received today it was very bad and poorly served

Went in today October 26th, 2024, around 12 for lunch, store was not to busy, but it took forever to get our food, the poor kid who took our order even tried to make our food, as the food station was so behind. No awards for speedy food prep here, there was only 3 other people in the dining room eating, the trash cans were over filled to the point no more would fit, no awards for cleanliness either. Way to many people in the food prep area getting in the way and talking, they should of been working out front cleaning up the lobby, first impressions mean a lot, and you only get 1 chance to make a first impression, and this one was totally missed
