Stopped here on Christmas Day, kept things polite and simple, and drove off assuming my order was correct. Once I got down the road, I realized my burger was not the burger I ordered. I didn’t have time to turn around and go back, which made the mistake even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the service at the window was already short and unfriendly before I even left, so there was clearly no care taken on either the order or the interaction. I understand it’s Christmas and people may not want to be working, but if you’re open, accuracy and basic courtesy should still be the bare minimum. This visit missed both.

The food is subpar at best. Came twice over the past few months, first time my food was ice cold! Literally felt like someone took it out of the walk in cooler!!! Just went today and my “big” hot ham and cheese was underwhelmingly small, to say in the least, and my bread was soggy like itd been dunked in the sink! Staff are nice but dont do their jobs well!

The manager there ( in the morning) is rude and doesn’t care about anything customer explains to her. I also ordered thru doordash and got someone elses order, didn’t compensate me whatsoever, spoke with the same lady I’m speaking of that I had an issue with through the drive thru and she told me to deal with it. I sometimes come here in the mornings before work to grab a quick breakfast which is usually a “sausage biscuit” and this morning on 9/13/25. I was in the process of ordering through the drive thru and not only were the cashier rushing me but, she got my order wrong and over charged me. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. The lack of customer service and respect at this location is unfortunate. This was probably the second time this has happened. For someone who used to work fast food, I would never be that disrespectful towards my customers. I understand it’s early but, her demeanor and attitude was unacceptable and horrendous. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
