Poor customer service at front counter. Cashier said she had to finish counting money before taking my order. After 5 minutes the drive thru cashier came to take my order. Manager stayed back in office. There was no other customers in restaurant. Now waiting for food.

This morning I ordered chicken and biscuit and gravy and biscuits. The biscuit in the gravy biscuit was fresh. The biscuit on the chicken biscuit was cold and hard as a rock and the bottom half of biscuit was split into and crumbly. There’s no way the lady that prepared the order could not have seen that. She should’ve have put a fresh biscuit on the order. I’m debating whether to ever buy from this Hardee’s in Springfield, Tn again and I buy a lot from here. Also, I called the store and the lady that answered hung up on me before I was finished talking. No wonder you can’t keep employees there.

I really do wish I had the young ladies name that was working the counter. She did an amazing job running the counter taking orders for the drive thru making coffee taking orders out to waiting customers. They were so busy and she made sure everyone was taken care of and happy. Hats off to young lady for stepping up and doing what needed to be done.

I would give a negative star review but Google doesn’t offer this option yet! This store made me and others sit and wait over 20 minutes for our food. Once I went inside to see what was taking so long on a hot ham and cheese that they literally nuke in a microwave…. the girl Natasha D who works there decided to have a attitude and say they were bringing it and slammed my order on the front counter. Then we opened the bag once home to find out they put tomatoes on the simple 1/3 cheeseburger and then tried to take it off and left nasty tomatoes seeds all over the burger and smeared the condiments all over the half wrapped sandwich. I have worked for 4 different hardees when I was younger and never would our 5 star service look so horrific! With these standards I suggest you either fire the whole crew or you pay them the 7.50 they are not worth!!!!!

Drive thru was super rude and what happened Hardee’s, the food is not the same. The biscuits are not the same. I will drive to Goodletsville Hardee’s before I go back to Springfield Hardee’s simply bcs I dislike being treated with disrespect as if I was some child playing around in the drive thru. I asked a question about breakfast and wow did I ever get told off by the lady working the drive thru. I asked if country ham biscuits were on the all day breakfast menu and you would have thought I insulted her.
