Went in at 11am. They had money all over the counter, (un watched), the girl doing fries and getting people’s food orders together had hair down to her bottom, going every where. I asked for sweet tea and they said they don’t have sweet tea.!?! Very disappointed with Hardee’s.

Very slow morning. Only one couple in house, Service was slow but food was amazing as always. You cannot beat a Hardee’s breakfast. And the cinnamon raisin biscuits were as delicious always!!

Employee in the drive thru was rude especially when he shoved the bag into my hand all while never saying a word the entire interaction. Im guessing he didnt want to work but taking it out on a customer is ridiculous. Food was overcooked. Won’t spend my money here again.

Went to get lunch with my husband and ordered exactly what we have EVERY SINGLE TIME a #1 and a #6. When we got the order my husband’s was wrong. He took it to the counter where the GM who also took the order very rudely tried to tell him he ordered a #5, he repeated he ordered a #6. So instead of admitting her mistake (we are all human) tried to bully him into accepting a #5 which he will not eat because it has mayo on it. The sandwich went inti the trash and $15.00 went down the tube’s. My burger was a joke as well. Overpriced and rude service but at least the store was clean. Photo of my #1.

The sign said they open at 5:00 a.m. and it was almost 6 a.m. , before they took my order. This is a shame. There are clearly 3 people standing around playing on there phones and doing there job. Something needs to be done. I’m very disappointed. I will come back and make sure I complain to everyone I can.

Everything was good except the cashier. Im not sure if she couldn’t talk or just didnt want to talk. She didnt greet us when we approached the counter to take our order and when our came up she just put the tray on the counter and didn’t say anything, I had to ask if it was our order or not because there were other people waiting on there orders also. Other than that Everything was great.

GM taking orders. 9AM. Sandwich rack full of food sitting under the heat lamp. GM telling workers not to take orders so people aren’t waiting at window too long. This place used to be awesome.
