Once again, I stopped for a late dinner at 7:45-ish PM and Makayla answered the drive-through with an upbeat attitude as if she was happy to take my order. I did have to wait a minute for my food because she had to make some fresh tenders and everything was delicious. A good attitude and some a fresh tender wrap And some hot fries what more can I ask for? Oh, but they were out of sweet tea, so what a shame… Makayla had to talk to me into having a chocolate milkshake since I don’t like soda. Darn

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me with an empty dining room. Breakfast the response is always to pull up and wait even with nobody else there. This time for dinner the car ahead of me waited for about 15 minutes for 2 shakes and 2 double cheeseburgers. I order a burger combo and still got the chance to wait at the window another 5 minutes. Service is slower here than anywhere else i have ever been consistently.

Stopped here on Saturday after Thanksgiving, around 10 am. There was one employee with a ponytail and blue t-shirt who seemed to be running the joint. She was hustling, making sure the trays were wiped, fries were flopped, and customers were greeted. She was working hard, but still smiling. Even though it wasn’t on the breakfast menu, she even made a grilled cheese for my picky child. I hope that employee is recognized for the difference she’s making! Also, a lovely view from the parking lot. Would definitely stop here again.

I love the Frisco Breakfast sandwich. Man it’s good! Every time I go to Pensacola for work, I stop here and get one. Without fail it has been hot and delicious. The service is also great. I’ve had the same person help me every time I’ve visited and she’s always been great. I only gave 3 stars on atmosphere because I only go through the drive through and it is DARK first thing in the morning!

This was horrible! Bread right out of the bag, not toasted, no bacon, and no cheese! But plenty of mayo! I should have just had a bowl of cereal for supper. This place is a constant disappointment.

Not all that great. The BIG chicken was not so big. Flat and grease soaked. The manager took our order. She didn’t add my side salad to the ticket. The employee that brought our food out said she doesn’t understand English very well. Floors were filthy. No salt packs. Had to request a shaker. Good views of the lake from the back parking lot. Won’t go back.

I am here at Hardee’s in Santa Rosa Beach,FL at 7:45 PM( employees inside and store hours are until 8 PM) and they are not open. Obviously trying to close early.

No app service despite the door, cups, bags, and tables saying to download it. Could not use rewards. Ordered in, they gave us to go with no silverware that isn’t available in the lobby. Unfriendly. Easter decor up 2 weeks after. General sense of laziness. Will go to the next one next time. Food was put together poorly on top of it all.
