Great Manager (Sky) Ordered GrubHub, started of as a 35-45 minute delivery timeframe. 45 minutes later I received a message from GrubHub stating my delivery will now take another 45-55 minutes. I tried to cancel my order but the GrubHub app said it was too late tj cancel as my food was already prepared. I called the store to speak to management and ask how long my food had been sitting there long, as I did not want to pay for extremely cold food. Sky informed me that my food has been sitting in wait for over a half hour. I explained to Sky the situation with GrubHub. Sky was very sweet and offered to remake my food. This is something she did not have to do but did out of the kindness of her heart. She had a great attitude about it and definitely did a great job ensuring that a Burger King Customer was very much satisfied. Definitely recommend this location. Thank you Sky. You made my day.

Staff is 10/10 for Respectful and Courteous. Service was a little rough getting started on the Kiosk and THEN, trying to transfer to Cash register to use cash because I forgot I didn’t have my Debit Card on me. Be Advised Everyone…. MAKE SURE that you use the Kiosk All the way to the Right-Side of Cash Register, if you’re trying to Transfer your order to Cash Register, From the Kiosk. The one to the left is DEBIT/CREDIT ONLY!

Usually clean but honestly the food sucks. I’ve tried to give them so many chances, me and my son went twice and sadly it was soggy and cold! For the price point , there’s other places you can go with much better food.

I opened the app with the intention of ordering a few orders of cheesy tots and a couple other things to find that they were not on the mobile app menu for this location. I assumed that either this location didn’t previously offer them or that they had recently stopped. Cheesy tots are the only reason BK won out over other places however I was running late so I disappointedly order other items. I pull up to the store and see cheesy tots all over the menu!
