Didn’t have all the advertised special options. The food was fine. The service was not horrible but had to correct the order as read back. The lady taking my order was interested in the near collision that just happened to me down the road. Was not offered ketchup or other condiments. The inside was cleaned but still sticky floors. I would stop here again.

Asked for Sausage egg and cheese combo…we were the only people inside. The drive thru was not rushing them….my husband said he wanted the same thing…we waited 15 minutes for our food and I still had to take both biscuits back to counter and say we asked for sausage egg and cheese biscuit. We never have a problem when we go through drive through but I dont care what Hardee’s we go into to eat inside, if we ask for any breakfast biscuit with cheese we never get the cheese. And then if we take it up and get it corrected, we get biscuits that are cold and dont taste well.

I walked into the lobby tonight and your new employee says like a smart butt “Here he comes again” really rude comment I said I don’t have to eat her so I walked out not buying anything I reported to corporate online and called the manager of the store Stacy which she tried to lie for her employee it was directed at me nobody else was in the lobby at 6pm 1-12-26 I really don’t appreciate that kinda attitude when I always buy between $30 to $40 a visit and also leave tips for your employees to have your manager trying to lie and say it wasn’t meant for me was totally bull crap I will not be wasting my money at Hardee’s in Hartford Alabama

My order is never right, always paying extra for add ons I never get, or dont get what I ordered at all. Sitbin drive thru for extended periods of time with nobody taking my order and nobody in front of me. Pull ip to the window to seevif they are open to see no one. Someone finally peeks around the corner and takes my order then directs me to go park where 2 other cars are waiting. Dont know what the problem is, staffingetc

Waited 10 mins in the drive through and no one even attempted to take my order, even with me talking it didn’t matter. I decided to go inside to try to place my order and they were all just standing around chilling. Placed my order and have now been here literally 45 minutes waiting for some biscuits while 8 employees twiddle their thumbs.
