I had the worst experience this morning. The team leader who took my order, was not pleasant. I received no good morning, no thank you, it was a very dry and uncomfortable encounter. I watched her do the same thing with the elder gentleman in front of me, which is so sad. I had two meals crammed into a small bag. I received no acknowledgment at the counter when I was waiting to ask for an extra bag. I finally had an opportunity to say excuse me and get the attention of the lady in the drive thru. She was nice and pleasant. And I defiantly don’t think my raisin biscuit should crumble apart and be served like this. Not okay.

The inside is very clean! The customer service inside leaves something to be desired…they acted as if it was EVERYONE’S first day. They made my order and lost it twice despite me being one of 2 customers in line. all I ordered was 2 ground beef crunchy tacos and a coke. the taco shells were old and not crunchy AND there wasn’t any meat inside. I had a little lettuce and a lot of cheese.

So apparently no one who works here has any training what so ever, I intend on contacting the corporate offices to have them explain why I’m required to verbally tell the person working the drive through my PIN number to my debit card. The food is never prepared correctly , the staff typically has an attitude towards customers and the building is filthy on the inside.

Horrible!!! I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me and when that person pulled off, the associate at the drive thru said, “Hello, please give us a few minutes.” That is the third time I experienced this kind of behavior at this location. I only tapped on 1 star because, the post would not have posted without a rating.

The service at this place is awful we’ve been here 30 minutes and now they are telling me it is going to be at least another 30 minutes before we are served however they are steadily serving people in the drive thru. The manager told the cashier to quit taking orders until they get caught up but she hasn’t. Now they are passing food out to people just coming in. We asked for a refund and are being told they can’t find my receipt….really!!!! I finally have my food now and the biscuits look like somebody sat or stepped on them. I dont normally complain but I guarantee you I will be contacting corporate on this one. Are these honestly the same people who think they deserve $15.00 an hour…..I think not

I visited this establishment on 3/1/15 at 2:38,ticket #5118,and I think this had to be the most worst experience I have had at a Hardee’s Restaurant for the following reasons; 1)The “manager” and another individual were counting CASH on the floor behind the order counter.Why not the office area? 2)An individual before me gave his order to include a Sweet Tea,he turned around and the the Ice Machine was not working or out of ice.He asked the server for a cup of Ice and she totally ignored him.When his order came up,he asked for some Sweet Tea and the manager said they were out of it.Why shouldn’t the manager know they were out of tea and have someone make more? 3)While I placed and waited on my order,the manager got on the register swiped her card and talked to the cook in the rear that the order that was placed was “HER’s”.She got her order before I got mine,while I was standing there.Where is the “Customer first”attitude of your Company? 4) The eating area of the store was filthy,with tables not being cleaned off,food on the floor throughout,and, above all,the Restroom was filthy.Yes your Hardee’s restaurant is close by my house but I will travel a little bit further from here to get better service,and a more cleaner atmosphere,and,respect from those people on duty.

Well they were ok tonight but they were pout if a lot of things like mayo packets,milk shake,etc..but they we faster than usual and the food was good and hot…but i still wouldn’t recommend this specific Hardee’s. I ONLY go to this one of i have to walk or its just late at night.

20 minute wait for a skimpy “Big Roast Beef” and curly fries. Friendly folks, but poorly staffed for lunch. Manager making food and handling money with no glove change. Many cars gave up on drive thru and left.
