The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant needs a renovation. I had the Super Sausage Biscuit meal. The service was quite fast. We dined in and were the only people in the restaurant around 10 a.m on a Tuesday. The flavor of my biscuit sandwich was excellent, the biscuit was crumbly and buttery, the hash browns were extra crispy. The floors in the restaurant felt sticky. The decor and furnishings seemed a bit old. The parking lot has lots of cracked asphalt. The soda machine inside was out of order. My husband used the restroom and said it was pretty bad. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want to get your meal to go. They need to upgrade the building and grounds to earn a 5 star rating.

In my opinion, this Troy Al Hardee’s has not improved its service or atmosphere since I moved here 6 years ago. Same slow service and no gratitude for the customers they serve. Same noisy and voicetrous employees behind the counter. No one wants to hear their personal life problems. They were out of knives, salt and pepper, sweeteners and other condiments. I had to ask the employee to please replenish the condiment trays. This was a Saturday morning at 10am. I found out by listening to seniors enjoying their breakfast at Jack’s just why they don’t go to Hardee’s anymore just because of the poor service there. I actually saw 2 customers bring their food back to the counter because it was not what they had ordered. My opinion, the Hardee’s district manager should come sit in during breakfast hours and take notes how this store could be improved. It needs upper management to get involved if they want customers to come back to this location. Again, this is my opinion. You wanted feedback so let’s see what you can do with these problems.

Troy, AL store #1501338. We stopped in for breakfast. It was clean, including the bathrooms. Staff was polite and friendly. Venesah took our order efficiently and quickly. I needed butter and when I went up and requested it Kimmy quickly responded. It has been a long time since I have seen service like that at Hardee’s. Positive experience. I actually went through the drive thru at the Enterprise Hardee’s and they hardly said a word. Very negative experience in Enterprise.

I had a very bad experience this morning. I stopped for a double gravy and biscuit, milk, coke and the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. When I opened the milk, it had already been opened and was half empty. When I got home, the gravy bowls had not been sealed and the whole bag was full of gravy. Everything was inedible but the coke. That was almost $17 for a coke.

I stopped in for a biscuit and gravy, Instead of sausage gravy, I received a cut in half sausage patty on the bottom of the gravy bowl, and could cut the gravy with a knife because it was super thick. I also ordered grits, they were not done. Very disappointed in the quality of food.

Went to drive thru. Lady said order when you are ready. We said we are ready..she said “are you sure (rudely)”
Then we ordered 3 meals and got to the 4th meal and she sighed and said “uhh, okay..what else”…

Waited over 25 minutes for food to be ready. 2 of our burgers were incorrect so we took them up to be corrected and waited another 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started on them. We spent over an hour here and ended up leaving without 2 of the items we ordered because we couldn’t wait any longer.

There was no one at the drive-through window or the front counter. I went through the drive-through at 1:05 PM and the store sign says it is open until 1:30 PM on Friday, but there was no one to be seen inside the store. I waited there several minutes. Again never saw a single person. Do better!

No concern for food safety oy hygienic practices. The lady that took my order and wrapped my food had animal hair all over her shirt and handled my food with bare hands after being at the cash register. No hand washing or gloves involved.
I politely paid for my food and threw in the trash at the next gas station.
