Well after several pitiful visits I decided it’s time to change my review. One lady raised her voice complaining because I ordered the Nashville hot chicken fingers. Cashiers just being short or ignoring you altogether. This time cashiers were short and rude and order was wrong and cold. Ordered no mayo so they put extra mayo, bun was soggy and there was mayo on both sides of the chicken patty about half inch thick. Should of took pictures before i tried to clean it off. I’m done.

We just went through the drive through, the sodas was given to us with out the lid attached and almost spilled all over the car, the woman walked our food out to us and my husbands burger was not assembled (meaning meat toppings bun ) and thrown into an opens wrapper my burger had somebody’s cotton elastic piece of clothing in my burger. NEVER AGAIN

One of the managers, Jen, is such a wonderful woman! Super sweet and kind. She always greets with a warm smile and will do anything in her power to help if needed. We had a problem with an order being placed wrong and she helped fix the problem! She is one of the best employees at the Scottsboro location!!! The Nashville Hot chicken: Yet another example of false advertising. Went here only to try the strips and sandwich, and quickly found out neither look like they do on the commercials and the menu. It’s only light “NH” powder on the two, alongside a tiny chicken patty on the sandwich. Very disappointing and not worth the extra money.

Ordered breakfast which consisted of 1 Loaded Breakfast Burrito medium combo and 1 Chicken Biscuit medium meal. The breakfast burrito had very very very little ham or sausage, the Chicken Biscuit was hard as a rock when I took the chicken Bisquet back up to get it replaced the manager was RUDE and the 2nd chicken was so dry when my wife bit it it puffed out dust. The fountain drink was not operating correctly and when we brought it up all they said was Coke was supposed to be coming out to fix it. My wife told me she could have fixed it but wasn’t paid to do that.

I went thru drive thru at prime lunch hour. The food was stale,.not freshly made obviously. Fries were just average. We pay big money for fast food now. Is it too much to ask it be fresh and somewhat hot? This was my 2nd visit in a month. I gave it a second chance, but im done now.

Ordered in drive thru. While eating at home I discovered that a BITE had been taken from one of my chicken strips. Not a cut piece or a tear, a BITE. Called manager who straight up refused to believe me. Food tasted great, until I found that.

I dined in. The server’s name is Megan C., she was totally awesome trying to answer my questions! BUT she couldn’t explain the price discrepancy for making it a combo! Therefore I only ordered a senior drink (diet Coke). {I also follow a YHWH’S Dietary Laws, in other words no pork} It’s totally ridiculous that on this one item you would charge more for the drink & the tater tots! A drink is a drink & an order of tater tots is still an order of tater tots! They don’t change, so why the price change of $3.10 for a small & $4.09 for a large instead of the advertised $.50 & $.99! The food was hot and fresh. I spilled my coffee at the trash station and before I could pick it up, young man (cashier) was there with a mop and offered me a fresh cup! Very friendly and accommodating.

The lady that took our order cut us off multiple times deciding that we were finished with our order and when we said we weren’t finished and asked if she was still there she wouldn’t answer. Then repeated our order and we said once again we had more, then cut us off again. We only ordered 4 items (4 people, 4 items) don’t know how hard it is to just listen.
The lady that handed us our food was super sweet and I appreciate that from her, also our food itself was pretty good and these two factors are the only reason this review isn’t a 1 star.
