I used to love coming here with my grandparents on a Saturday morning but now every time I stop, my food is never right. Stopped this morning in the drive thru because I was in a hurry, ordered a ham biscuit combo with a dr. Pepper. On my way to work and open the bag. Wrong biscuit, no hash browns, and the drink is wrong and didn’t get a receipt. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened. If you return to get it fixed (didn’t have time today) they treat you as if you asking them to commit a crime.

The reason for 1 star is I was rushed as soon as I came into the building. Also the associate that took my order was empting trash as I came in. She didn’t wash her hands before waiting on me, granted she didn’t handle my food but that is a health department violation. This was my 1st time to eat here is a while felt like I didn’t have time to really look menu over. The cashier was staring me down like I was a bothering her instead of a being valued customer. Ask for refil on leaving and felt like a bother to them again. No wonder you close at 2. Pitiful customer service. Won’t be back.

Cold biscuits, not completely done. Like warm gravy. Asked for a buttered biscuit, clarified, ” butter ON the biscuit.” Of course, had to take it back, because, you guessed it: NO butter on the biscuit. The place wasn’t busy ( that should have been a clue). BUT, they did replace it with a somewhat buttered biscuit. Probably won’t be back any time soon.

I hadn’t eaten any other than breakfast here in a long time. In the last 10 days I’ve eaten here 3 times because of the hot ham & cheese that is wonderful. The fries have been fresh & perfect. The best part is the price!! Pleasantly surprised!
