1 star, 1st time trying this place out. Not impressed at all. It was a pick up order got there at said time to pick 2:28pm, Got to car and opened fries 1st cold dry & hard, that’s when I should of went back in, but the tried a hot wing, was not what I expected, dry not sauce and a Lil over cooked and hard , then the celery & carrots ugh, slimmy and wet. Sorry for the review but ya’ll really need to do better

We had a really enjoyable experience at Buffalo Wild Wings as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which is always appreciated when dining with kids. The food was hot, fresh, and came out in a timely manner, and everyone found something they liked. The atmosphere was fun and energetic. Our server was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. We’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Buffalo Wild Wings in Albertville, AL is the best BWW I have ever been to. Every single time my family and I go, we always have excellent service. I always feel welcomed and at home while here. I have never once had a bad experience. Thank you BWW for hiring such kind and fun people!!!

Ashleigh, Emma and Amanda were awesome as always, the food was amazing the beers were flowing like the fountain of youth. If you get served by these beautiful young ladies then you should consider yourself the luckiest person on Sand Mountain! Roll tide!

We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes for our server to get our table. She never came. We suspect that our server was someone who was talking with somebody at the bar as we were getting up to go to the bar to leave. The server asked “are y’all OK“ we sit at the bar for about 10 to 15 minutes before the bartender give us our drink she then proceeds to wait 10 to 50 more minutes to take our food order where she takes out the trash, cashes other people out. I must say that they were probably about Four bar guests at the bar, including me and my partner. I had a timer going on my phone for each interaction and it took longer than 10 minutes

I had an opportunity to drop by for dinner and was blessed with amazing service!! I sat at the bar and received excellent service from Ashleigh and Emma. I enjoyed my beer and then was brought food by Kensley, she made sure I got everything I needed and told me to enjoy and I did!

Kyra was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks were never empty, timing was perfect, and she checked in just the right amount without ever being overbearing.
What really set Kyra apart was her attitude—she clearly cares about her tables and takes pride in what she does. She made the entire experience feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. You can tell she’s someone who naturally excels in customer service.

The wings were overcooked and they were cold. The waitress although she was very nice did not bring any napkins did not come and check after she served the food to see if everything was OK. It was just a horrible time all the way around. My son and grandson both were sick all night long from eating there Sorry, but this place does not reach my standards

I placed a to-go order from the bar. My food was brought to me, but it took 20 minutes to get my tab. I told them i wasn’t paying for the now cold food. No one offered an apology or a compromise. I paid only for my drinks and left feeling like they were mad at me for expecting good service.
