Decided to swing by on a whim 15 minutes before close and to my surprise the food was extremely fresh and made to order! Fries were crispy and the food was made exactly how we wanted and we didn’t even wait 5 minutes! Erica was so sweet to me and my girlfriend giving us compliments and gendering us correctly, it made our entire night! 10/10 would recommend this location over any burger place in jasper!

The dark haired lady at the drive thru could be a little friendly. Got our order, black hair in the biscuit. Went back, they took it inside and ? Looked at it , anyway… another very nice lady asked us to pull up , she came out with a fresh order and apologized. I’m going to say.. I like Hardee’s biscuits. I usually ignore the ” not friendly ” you never know , maybe their day didn’t start well.

Went in there last night the store was clean from what I could see it was quiet so I dine in ordered a number three had to wait but I didn’t mind bc the manager explained why. Due to slow business in the evening they cook to order for fresh food and less waste. That wowed me cause nowadays ppl don’t care as long as they receive your money I will be returning

Tonight’s visit with Erica and Robert was amazing. I had tried a few menu options and grabbed their double bacon burger melt as it reminded me of the classic grilled cheese thickburger. Erica was an amazing host to us this evening, loved her philosophy, food was fresh and delicious. Absolutely recommend that you give the night shift a visit and support Erica and her team. There were only two of them here and they blew it well out of the water.

Love the people and clean remodel. The biscuit was great but the steak was not edible. The same for my husband. It wasn’t over cooked but tasted ruined. Or cooked in old grease. That was all we got.

I’m very disappointed in service. Pulled thru the drive thru 10/10/25 with my friend i take care of because he wanted their chicken fingers and we had two other orders. My friend has limited mobility so he moves a little slowly. He was having a hard time getting his money together so it took a moment. The woman at the window (apparently unaware the window isnt sound proof) starts telling a coworker “i haven’t even got the money for the first order yet” with attitude and repeatedly as well. This made my friend uncomfortable and in turn ticked me off thoroughly. Then when she opens the window has the audacity to pretend to be nice. Not to mention had us pull forward and wait when there wasnt another soul present in the line, it was literally just us.
