Delicious homemade ice cream. You order through a small window in an alley way without all the bells and infinite options of other places. Simple limited flavors that are all made well. The flavors we tried were all tasty! Definitely recommended!

They are closed for the season now, but if you have never gone, this is a must stop when they reopen in the warmer months. The flavors were great and not too sweet. The person at the window was very nice, friendly, and gave great recommendations.

This is a must when visiting Saugerties. We usually spend a good chunk of time at the bookstores and then on our way back to the parking lot stop in here to sample some of the amazing flavours they concoct. Excellent quality ice cream in a nice, quiet location. Some outside tables and chairs.

The Belgian Chocolate is so good—not too sweet and not too salty. It tastes like real chocolate and sometimes if you’re lucky it’s a bit crunchy. The lemongrass ice cream is delicious, and vegan too! The Ube Heath Crunch Bar was also excellent—crunchy, with some chocolate.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Truly small batch, homemade, and very creative flavors. I tried the ovaltine brownie and Madagascar vanilla. My dad had the Belgian chocolate which was also excellent. If you’re visiting Saugerties, Alleyway is a must try.

Easy to miss because it’s down the alleyway but you definitely do not want to miss it ! Delicious homemade ice cream in interesting flavors. This was our second visit the first time we ate our ice cream too fast for pictures!! We tried a bunch of flavors all very tasty but the Thai iced tea cookies was phenomenal!
There is a outdoor seating area which is super cute with little hanging lights when the sun goes down and is right next to the free municipal parking lot

Fascinating flavors! Tried the Thai Tea Cookies and Cream and the Belgian Chocolate ice cream, and both were excellent! Really enjoyed the taste and texture of the ice creams, and the portion size even for the mini was quite sizeable. Would highly recommend!

Cute little ice cream stand with really creative ice cream flavors. The employee was super nice and helpful. There’s an outdoor seating area. Got the Thai tea cookie scoop and matcha strawberry jam. The ice cream was rich in flavor and not too sugary. Would definitely come back again if I pass by. Love supporting local businesses
