Oh my GOODNESS!!!!! I had THE MOST amazing experience at this particular Hardee’s! I stopped by to get some scrambled eggs with cheese (my favorite), but I was informed that this location only had the folded eggs. I was so sad. Small thing, I know, but I was traveling for work and was craving those delicious scramble eggs that I always order when I’m home. NICKEY G. swoops in like a superhero and says “You know what, ma’am, there are some eggs that I could scramble for you. How many would you like?” You would have thought that I had just won the lottery. I was over the moon and was soooooo appreciative! Nickey had the best attitude, her service was 20/10, and she turned what was a challenging trip into a little piece of heaven by going above and beyond for someone looking to enjoy the comforts of home while she was away. And if that weren’t enough, the eggs were some of the best I’d had. Just wow!!!

I placed an online order and when I got to the restaurant the manager was not there and no one else could turn everything on. this is the second time in a week that I have placed an online order and the manager has not been there to open the store. Everyone else was there on time. the sweet lady who makes the biscuits did the best she could to apologize and explain. When the manager finally showed up it was too late and I had to leave without getting the food I paid for. He never apologized and said he couldn’t refund my money. you have to jump through too many hoops to get a refund approved from corporate then another 7 to 10 days before it’s put back on my account. The morning cook is the only reason I even go there her biscuits are the best but if I can’t purchase them what’s the point? Whoever owns this Hardee’s knows about the problems this location has and the turnover rate speaks volumes about the management/mismanagement at every level. Maybe the restaurant business isn’t for you. Maybe you should consider selling it to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Wasn’t even able to order. There was a lady looking for change, then she stated someone will be with you shortly. She hand the money went to the griddle and no one got to us in the counter. More than 10 minutes and no one got to us. Impossible to support business like this. If it is not that doors are closed it is that takes forever to be served. Drive thru was empty, so there was no excuse for this behavior.

Ordered an BEC biscuit to go with an OJ and hashbrowns. Upon eating my hashbrowns noticed that my biscuit tasted a bit funny, upon further examination noticed that there were black spots which seemed as mold upon my sandwhich,under the cheese that was melted upon the biscuit. Immediately got sick to my stomach, went back to let the manager know and she quickly went into defense mode, said it was a bold BEC sandwich and the discoloration was that of the smashed egg. She then attacked with defamation name calling and hostility. Her name is Nikki and she is the acting manager or shift manager for this location at 2162 Valleydale Rd. Not the way a franchise is supposed to be run and definitely not the way food service should be.

First, i stood at the register for 7 minutes. Finally said something to the manager. (I was the only one in line) She got the girl to my order. She was rude and had an attitude. Second, after finally getting my order, it was wrong. Not just one thing but two. This is the sad teality on the world we live.

This location Impressed me with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while upon ordering food, I wanted to try the double frisco combo and I was not disappointed. The sandwich was outstandingly fresh & hot..The staff was very helpful and timely in which you don’t see often, I met the general manager on duty Ms Nickey, She was very professional and very kind. I saw her go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s orders were 100% correct and that is very appreciated from the customers ..The Hoover location is awesome, the restrooms were pleasantly clean,I saw professionalism in ways in which you rarely see,I’ll visit again. I went to the Valley Dale Hardee’s in Hoover, AL on saturday, 11/15/2025. The drive thru window server was Dilasha K she was total ZERO! I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The worst food I have ever had from Hardee’s on Valley Dale Road. She could not get an order correct, could NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. The french fries were so hard and cold, the burger must have been laying around forever as it was cold.
I know Hardee’s is better than that you need to get a new manager and employees.
