Our family’s new favorite spot. The kidoes say they have the best wings and flavors out of all the chicken spots they have been to. Begged me to come back the next day. They devoured them yet again! After coming from the cinema, I was starving. I had to get me something to eat and actually this is the first time I’ve been here. Maybe because I was staring, but I swear to you. This was the best tasting Philly Chessesteak I’ve ever had. Very Delicious!! I order the #7. If your in the mood for one and your in the deerbrook mall, stop in. I’m craving another one just talking about it. I’ll definitely be back. :::update::: for the first time I tried the Chicken Chessesteak. It was good, but a lil dry. If I try it again, I’ll add some ranch to it to help with the dryness.

The two counter people were nasty & rude. I always visit the location inside Walmart so this was my FIRST time at this one. I notified the manager heads up about this review & he took up for them, telling ‘well they said. Huh? He added becuz it’s ‘busy’ & he apologized.

Located in the mall food court, I now have a favorite sandwich spot. Reasonably priced cheesesteaks that I found to be delicious. Everyone was friendly and attentive to their service. The sandwich isn’t as full of meat as some other locations, but I felt that everything was perfectly balanced to have an enjoyable cheesesteak sandwich without feeling over filled with meat and cheese.

Not sure where or why the cashiers and cooks lose communication but it is absolutely impossible for them to make a plain cheese steak with mayo and lettuce only. After repeatedly asking for no onion, bell pepper or mushroom. No one else in line. Simple communication and check for understanding.

This place is awful! I would give it 0 stars if possible! The workers do not know the difference between chicken or beef, then tell you have to pay more after you already paid(completed your order for a STEAK SANDWICH). Then have the nerve to argue with me about what I ordered, all because they messed up the order! I have never been so disrespected by a staff, they need to go back and be retrained! I have call the main office on this local branch, because the way they treat people is so disrespectful!

Don’t get me wrong the Philly Cheese Steaks are the bomb this the only place I eat when I go to any mall. I always order about $15 worth of food. In all the other locations I’ve been at they always refill your drink for free, even the fruit lemonades. This location wants to charge $1 for a lemonade refill like what? The Fruit Lemonade is almost $3 dollars already by its self , and they still want to charge more that’s ridiculous. Will be going to there competitor from now on, you guys lost a customer just for this location.
