I walked in and they took my order promptly. After taking my order their machine was broken so they had to take my card to drive thru register for processing payments which was okay because at least they still took cards right. The only downside was the juice coming out of the sandwich and the mystery cheese on the inside of the wrapper. This is why I did not give them 5 stars but the food was good otherwise.

This morning January 26, 2018 at approximately 0518hrs. I purchased a chicken biscuit with cheese combo. I recieved an order that was given to me by cashier. The cashier did not give me a reciept. Luckily I paid with my visa card.
When I began eating the sandwich I notice the sandwich meat was hard and getting stuck in my teeth. I took a couple of bits then noticed it was not chicken they gave me a pork chop biscuit. Immediately I called the store and spoke to Joanne. She told me that she know what she gave me it was chicken. I dont eat pork and was offended. Why will I call and lie. So I told her I will bring jer the sandwich back the next morning Saturday so she can see.

This is the most terrible service I had and She needs to be retrained on customer service. I will never purchased anything else from this location.

In the morning I will be requested a refund.

I suggest that you not eat or buy anything at this location. Other locations are much better.

So I went this morning to show Joanne this sandwich I recieved. She still insist it was chicken and also stated it was hard because it was refrigerated. Rolled her eyes and said she will make me another sandwich. I told her no I want a refund. She said well I dont know how to do that. I will have to come back at 7am when the Assistant Manager Elsa comes in.

Very unprofessional. I left my name and number for Assistant Manager to call me and it’s now 2:16pm and no call. Im done this experience was not good for me and I will tell everyone I know. We will all spread it on and on. I will never eat at any Hardee’s ever again.

No buddy at counter? When I asked the cashier in the front of the store where the Hardee’s employee was he said the bathroom. I waited about 15 minutes till the young man showed up there was now 3 of us in line to be told “I am here I am here” no apologies no nothing! Not Happy with the lack of service…

The food was good – not excellent, and the guy at the window was very polite and helpful. It’s a store within a gas station store, basically a few tables inside and a takeout window. They don’t have staff or equipment for more than one car every 10 or 15 minutes. I was the only one in the car line, so I don’t have to wait too long to order. Got my burger in 10-15 minutes.

I have been a fairly regular customer of this Hardee’s for a few years (usually for breakfast). There was a change of managers a few months ago and the customer service and quality of food has suffered. Where employees used to be friendly and engaging with the customers while efficiently filling orders, they are now robotic and customers are made to feel like its a burden or chore to provide service.
The biscuits are not consistent from day to day, sometimes nice and fluffy and other times flat and hard.
Also, they can’t decide what their breakfast hours are, 10:00, 10:30, or 11:00- Nothing is posted so, you never know when you walk in the door. A couple months ago, I walked in at 10:05 and the lunch menu was up, I asked for a breakfast item and was told they aren’t serving breakfast it lunch items now. When I asked when the hours changed from 10:30, the cashier just walked away to the back without answering my question. A minute or so a woman who I supposed was a manager or senior employee (someone I hadn’t seen before) came to the counter and told me they stop making new breakfast items at 10:00am and sell what is already made until 10:30. I explained that’s all the cashier need to tell me rather than being rude and walking away.
I recently thought I would try it again and got the same impersonal service and waited 20 minutes for a breakfast platter and breakfast slider, ridiculous.
I have noticed when I occasionally stop at the Circle K for gas or other items, several of the other regular breakfast customers no longer eat there. I recently ran into a former Hardee’s employee who told me the new management is terrible for guests and employees and the business is being run into the ground-they have lost all their customer base.
I gave it 2 stars because with coupons its a good value and if you roll the dice for good service, you “might” luck out-but I wouldn’t count on it.
Seating in the front of the store has been cut in half (3 tables) with Circle K putting in a large roller dog grill station in the front of the store.

Mobile app. Didn’t have all the items. Refused to cancel the order , the food was cold and disgusting and the Refused to cancel or refund the order. Manager was extremely rude. They won’t field calls field a resolution. I can see why there was only I customer in their lobby during lunch hour. Avoid this place at all cost.

Drive thru was apparently closed but no sign was posted and no one acknowledged us sitting at the speaker/menu. A glance inside as we drove past the drive-thru window showed no signs of life at all. Maybe they are closed despite showing “open” inside and in drive thru on Google. Maybe it’s under construction, maybe it’s under new management. Maybe it should be all of the above.

I visited the store a few times before and had issues, and I have never actually went through with trying to file a complaint about any store I have ever visited before but the “quick service restaurant” experience I went though on 5/12/2019 at 3:23PM was the worst I have ever experienced in my years of going to any food establishments.

I ordered 5 double sliders plain. Very simple order. I was 1 of 2 customers in the entire store. I placed my order at 3:23PM on a Sunday. I received my food 33 minutes later. Throughout this 33 minutes, I experienced the cashier yell at a customer for asking about tea, I had them mess up my order 2x and the cashier and the other employee yell at each other openly, the cashier was randomly walking around the store looking for the guy who ordered the sliders (me)… and when I said it was me, she said NO I GOTCHU I GOTCHU in a threatening manner…I don’t know what that meant so I just looked around awkwardly. Keep in mind there was only 2 customers and even though I said I was the customer she was looking for she told me it wasn’t me. Then after getting my order, I looked through my bag and saw that they not only used the same boxes that they used for the mess up order; meaning the boxes had ketchup and mustard on them from a previous order, the didn’t make enough patties so they gave me 3 double sliders and at the bottom of the bag was 2 single sliders…I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice and they could skip by with not having to make more. When I asked could I just get my money back at this point, the cashier went to the back to get the other person who I assume was the manager or a senior employee, and that employee just stated loudly IM NOT GOING UP THERE YOU ARE GONNA JUST HAVE TO SEND THE ORDER BACK TO ME I AINT GOING UP THERE…. keep in mind this whole time, I was calm, and was taken aback by open angst towards the ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE…. even the Circle K employees apologized on their behalf. I just simply took by bag and left and this was 33 minutes at a fast food establishment for a tiny simple order. The Circle K employees are always nice, but I will never ever go back to this Hardees franchise. They are incredibly unorganized and openly rude, high, and it is insane that they are able to be like this. Trust me I know how fast food joints are but this is too much, Something needs to be done about this unruly and incompetent staff.

Tried to order food in the drive through. When the lady asked me 5 times to repeat my order. I made sure to speak loud and clear. Then the lady tells not to yell. And tells me she can refuse my order for yelling at her. But when I asked her if she can hear me all she would say is I can refuse your order. Worst employee I have ever encountered.

This Hardee’s at a gas station has been in business for more than 15 years. Service has never been great since there usually is one person serving the counter and the drive-thru. Nonetheless they’ve survived and the quality of the food is fine
