This was the cleanest, most pleasant Hardee’s I’ve been to. They serve generous portions and even serve their breakfast platters on plates. Staff is courteous and seems genuinely to be happy working there. There was a gentleman walking around asking if you need anything else and even patrolling the parking lot ensuring it was clean and safe. We will always stop here when passing through!

I give it a 4 only because the chicken has changed from the old sandwich, and you do have to request lettuce and tomato with mayo and no special sauce to recreate the original chicken sandwich.

Initially the visit was great. People are friendly. Service was decent. However, it has been more often recently, that I asked for no onions and had gotten onions. Since the restaurant closes at 9, I couldn’t have it fixed. When I called they just said they were sorry and that was the end of the conversation. Usually when you say something, there is a fair amount of empathy – but not this last time. I will keep going b/c my guys like the food, but now I have to ask for things plain and buy the ingredients to put on. I will change the review when the night shift changes their attitude for mismade orders. I know the owners would have not let this crew act like that. On a side note, the drive thru team were great. It was whatever ‘gentleman’ that answered the phone that set the review off.

I don’t know who was having a bad day but wow. I ordered two sandwiches. One was fine. The other was completely flattened like a pancake with a poor excuse of chicken patty on it. There was a fist print in the bun. When I tried to call, nobody picked up.

Love this place! The food is great but the quality of customer service is what sets this place apart from the rest. Another thing I love is that you can go months without visiting (though I recommend frequent visits) and you will see mostly all the same employees. They don’t have the turnover like most fast food places. That shows it’s is a quality business. Keep up the great work!!!

The young woman at the drive thru was the most pleasant I have encountered in a long while. Her smile, attention and customer service were wonderful. The food on the other hand was just barely ok. We ordered a burger without cheese and instead of making us a fresh one they merely peeled off the cheese. We could tell because the corners of the cheese were still melted onto the patty. All of our order tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Terribly disappointed especially after the very pleasant employee. I would safely say that I would never again eat at a Hardee’s and it was our first time which we also informed them of that prior to getting our order…SMH do better my friends please.

I live on the other side of Melbourne and me and bestie make the trip to this outstanding Hardee’s as often as possible!!!! Jonny the manager and his staff are super friendly, courteous and helpful. The food…..ALL of it…..is excellent, fresh and definitely delicious!!!!! Dining room is always immaculate and relaxing. Kudos to all of you there who give ” fast food ” a GOOD name!!!!!! Please open one near me!!!!!! Lol

She won’t give me a chance to be a part of the company she said we don’t have any openings non sense she said that since 2015 2016 2017 2018 each year I been trying.
