Have not been to Hardee’s for years, and after going here we won’t be again.
The burgers were dry and tasted terrible. The fries were just as bad but at least a little warmer.
All these fast food places that have been around for decades have lost their way. I don’t seem many of them lasting to much longer without a big change.
Unfortunately most of it went into the trash.
One other thing, the coke was out so they made us go into the loves to get it filled. The place was empty accept one other family.

I want to shout out to Eartha. I messed up my order and with a smile and great attitude she continued to help me. She is a valued person and I hope that Hardee’s recognizes her for the great person she is. This young lady definitely deserves an applause and hopefully a raise. Its very rare these days to see a great person with a great attitude helping people.

usually i have no issue with this hardee’s, but my chicken sandwhich was rubbery (abnormal texture, like it wasn’t even real chicken) and had what appears to be an abscess in it. i threw up my meal when i saw the large wet lump of discolored meat. i don’t know if i can go here again. especially because i can’t just sit in my vehicle at the window and bite into it to save myself the trouble of going back and having them remake it. nobody wants to have to inspect their food.

We have eaten here twice now. Breakfast is always hot, fresh and excellent. We decided to swing in for lunch. They were busy but on their A game. Our burgers were steaming hot. The fries crispy and fresh too. Great service and a super clean restaurant located inside the Loves Truck Stop. Always love a good Hardee’s meal and wish we had more locations other than Pine Hills, Mims and Sanford.

Just went in to get a hamburger and get back on the road, it was 2:45 a.m. said they were closed till 4:00 a.m. this used to happen frequently, seemed to be getting a lot better, now they close for about an hour and a half between 2 and 4:00 foods always great when you can get it.

Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful answering questions. We had biscuits and gravy, a smoked sausage biscuit (limited time item), hash browns and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Food was hot, fresh and tasty.
I’m not a fan of the seating as the benches are hard. There is not much room to get drinks due to position of the area. We typically just get the food to go.
The parking lot entrance can be a challenge due to the semi trucks going in and out at the light.

I’m 1000% not the person to leave negative reviews, but my experience in the drive thru tonight was awful and unnecessary. I’ve went a few times and each I waited at least 25 minutes just to get to the window. I could overhear the car behind me being asked 3 different times for their order. Maybe bad timing on my part, but I have trouble not seeing a pattern. Especially when I finally make it to the window and the older woman seems very frustrated. We’ve all been there. I’ve worked retail. I’ve worked food. But you fake it to you make it. This woman then shoves my food at me then slams her window after shouting “hot ham!”. I had said literally nothing to this woman to feel like I was bothering her to do the job she applied for. I also wasn’t going to complain about the food but I waited truthfully 30 minutes for a hot ham sandwich with dry crispy meat and 0 cheese.
