Worst experience in a Hardee’s to date. Service was slow due to their concern for drive through but little care for those walking in. The interior was very clean but they are saving electricity by keeping it dark inside. I also think they keep it dark because they don’t want you to see the food condition. My first chicken sandwich was small and so overly cooked it was difficult to pull apart the meat with my hands (see picture). I returned the first hockey puck (chicken patty) and waited another 15 minutes for a second sandwich I checked but ended up leaving because I had to return to work. The second hockey puck was just as hard. The meat is being kept in the freezer too long (making it too tough) and the darkness is likely due to either over cooking or the grease needs changing. Either way the meat is horrible and not worth $7. The apple pies were excellent and they do have a drink fountain (Coke). If you want Hardee’s, go past this place and go to the one at in the corner of US90 and 41. The service is better and the premade food is at least prepared much better.

Other fast food places have changed menus, sizes, and flavors. Their food is quite different than a few years ago. Hardee’s has successfully remained focused on quality and taste. They know that flame broiled is the best, and continue with that standard. The mushroom Swiss burger I had today was delicious and made exactly as expected, just like the ones I had years ago. Not just this store, but I’ve found the same thing across the franchise, with qual standards in every store.

Fast service. Nice employees and the food was very good. We had chicken ranch wraps and fries all very good. Spicy chicken wraps very good and very spicy. Kids meal two tenders and apple sauce and fries. Hade a candy bacon chicken sandwich so good the bacon was awesome.

We used the drive-thru, so I don’t have an opinion on the “atmosphere”, but I’m guessing it’s pretty standard for the chain. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Perfect for on-the-go fare.

All them employees were just seem like they were arguing and not knowing what to do. Seem like everybody was trying to be a manager. Then the girl who was at the front kept touching all over her face and stuff. Whatever you’re taking my order, I really don’t care as long as you don’t touch my food if that’s what you’re doing but then she made my food. Not only did she touch all over her face but she stuck her hand in the bag and grabbed the food and the fries and didn’t wash your hand and didn’t even put gloves on. Like I’m not even going to eat this. I’ve got a 2-hour drive and I’m starving but that was the money I allotted myself to buy food. I’ll just go hungry because I’m not going to have food where people think they can touch their face touch in the bag, touch the food, not put gloves on, not wash their hands and think that’s acceptable. I didn’t even want to ask for it to be remade or anything because if that was all okay then that’s just how that environment is being ran. Anybody wants to send me a refund though. I can post a picture of my receipt.

For the 1st time in 52 years I considered giving up meat. A cold dry burger and old cold hard chicken tenders for $20. I threw away the reciept and spent time searching for this place online to give a heads up to eat here at your own risk. I physically feel sick and I’m concerned I may become ill after eating there. The young lady at the drive thru did smile. In hindsight, maybe it was a warning.

$5.50 for 1 loaded omlet sandwich. Has 1 sliver of egg. This place has gone down hill. They make you pull up when no one is there. I’m sure management wants it that way because it looks like they are moving fast, but they make you just sit and wait. It’s easier to go elsewhere now. They never did this before.

The girl working the drive through around 8:15 pm was incredibly rude. She has a horrible attitude when speaking through the drive thru speaker. I was second in a line of 4 cars and the first vehicle sat at the window for several minutes and not one employee tended to him. He sat there so long without anyone taking his payment or even coming to the window, he eventually drove off with nothing. Finally I pull up and I sit there for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone even comes to the window. She tells me a different total, I’m assuming the man who drove off total. I told her that wasn’t my order and that person drove off a couple minutes ago. She yells from the window to the kitchen that she doesn’t need that order anymore, tells me my total, I pay and she walks away. A minute or two later she brings me my food. My chicken wraps were so poorly made, messy and sloppy I couldn’t eat it without a fork and knife. I gave up after the first one and threw the second one away. I rarely eat Hardee’s for lunch/dinner, I think I’ll just stick with breakfast.

I ordered a double sausage biscuit. The sausage was halfway cooked. The lady that served the food at the window through the drive-through thing is was dirty and nasty. I couldn’t even stomach to eat it when she passed away my drink the cat was open. I said to her, the cat was open. She passed it to me anyway, and told me to have a good day.

Ham extra cheese and I asked for it to be warmed up extra hot. They even discussed through the window, and it came out cold.
