I ordered the Santa Barbra double char and once again they cheated me out of my double patty. They put a half patty near the edge, cut IT in half so it will appear as though it’s a double patty. Just a shame!!!

Last time I go to habit. $36 for two meals. Took them way too long. Had to go park in handicap and wait for my food . Multiple other people went through the drive-thru while we waited. They want $20 an hour. I say do better.
And to top it all off, we get home and it’s not even our order in the bag…. You made us wait all that time and didn’t even give us what we ordered. I would fire every single one of you if I could. Zero Stars. I literally can’t eat this. It’s loaded with mayo and soaked. And I don’t like onion rings. Like the whole order is messed up. You had one job.. to top it all off, you cannot call that store directly. You get some dispatch that cannot help you and cannot connect you. Your best bet is writing a complaint on their website. They know they suck so bad. They made it to where you can’t tell them they suck.

This used to be the best place to get burgers and rings. Loyal customers but no more. It appears they must have changed hands. All new people, not the great friendly owner we always saw. He always had such pride in the food and customer service too.The food didn’t seem freshly made like before. Not hot and even the bun wasn’t the same. Very small portions of onion rings now too. Such a terrible disappointment.Now we must find a new place to go.

I’ve been to a few of these and they are always very good. The stores are clean, food is of good quality and they make sure they are accurate with your order. This store, on the west side the 15 fwy, didn’t disappoint. The fries were cooked to perfection with a little crispiness on the outside. The burgers were quite tasty with the grilled onions and the chocolate sundae with whipped cream and nuts, topped it all off very nicely. I highly recommend The Habit.

I love the habit but every time I go, they all get something wrong. I always ask for no grilled onions and they always give me grilled onion. Today I ordered $60 worth of food for pickup and every single meal was made wrong. I am over it. I love the food but this is making me want to completely stop going. Staff was excellent with service and the following week when we went back in to eat, we were treated with prompt and outstanding just like the first time. Consistent with top notch customer engagement. Food was amazing!! You have to try this place!!!
