I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this location was so terrible that it honestly needed to be said. From the moment I walked in, we were met with aggression, attitude, and a level of unprofessionalism that was unbelievable for a fast-food restaurant. They stopped breakfast early at 10:05AM. Saying “We aren’t making any more biscuits. You can buy lunch or not.”
The employee (Mo) taking orders acted like we were bothering her just by showing up. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and the tone was straight-up “I don’t care if you buy food or not.” When asked a simple question about the menu, we were met with an eye roll and a rude response. It was clear she had zero interest in helping customers or even doing her job.
When we told her that it was ok and cancel what we were able to order she basically said “Ok, that’s fine you don’t have to order and you can go.” Absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary.
Fast food doesn’t mean fast attitude. Respect and common courtesy are basic, and this location failed miserably. I hope management sees this and makes some serious changes, because no paying customer should ever be treated this way.
We definitely won’t be returning.

I am so tired of going in on the weekends at night and the two young girls always mess up my order. I get home this morning after waiting 25 minutes for breakfast and it’s 4:00 something in the morning and nobody’s there but me but they couldn’t even get it right.
The girl with the braces is so nonchalant and slow. It’s not even funny. I will never go back to this location. Love’s should put a new restaurant there.

Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever eaten for $14 I asked for no mayonnaise and they put mayonnaise on it. I asked for no pickle they put pickle on it. The bun was rock hard and cracked and fell apart on my first . The fries were ice cold and the dang soda was flat. There was so much to complain about, I didn’t even bother. I think the girl at the register is new but good Lord if you’re an adult, you need to have social skills.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade without ice, and the employee, Alan E, informed me that the manager had stated this was not possible. As I am paying a premium for this beverage, I find it unacceptable to be compelled to receive ice in my drink. Furthermore, I am concerned about the frequency with which your spouts are cleaned.

They need to shut this place down waited 30 minutes for my food because the workers at night purposely took my food in the back for a while I believe something was done to my burger, the next day woke up with severe food poisoning. On 1/14 /26 After a working a long 12hr shift I stop their to get Breakfast I order a loaded omelet Biscuits which I had never had i unwrapped it didn’t see anything on the on the eggs not knowing the tiny bit that’s loaded wouldn’t be seen i brought it to the employee that were at the drive thru attention i asked where were it loaded and handed it back to her yes through the drive thru window she took it back went to the side with it and tried to hand it back to me she told me she could add a Biscuit unless I wanted Double loaded I then told her to just make me another one she were so rude her name is ( Heather) she didn’t say anything i waited and then come the manager with the Biscuit trying to explain where its loaded at now keep in mind all of this time they could’ve just made me another biscuit and let me been on my way This hateful employee ( Heather ) really thought I were going to take that Biscuits Back instead of making me another one she ran and got the manager which said I’m going to make another this time and I spoke with her about ( Heather ) attitude she told me she had never had that encounter with her i feel that the customers that’s spending thir money shouldn’t either I spoke with someone about what happened to me and they told me this employee name ( Heather ) always have that type of attitude and get many complaints on her with nothing done # 1 shouldn’t of took the food back through the drive thru window from me nevertheless took it to the side and thought she were going to give it back to me I’m thinking to myself this lady done lost her mind i will never stop there again I were treated so badly I were to tired to do this review yesterday but I don’t want what happened to me to continue to happen to other

I just placed a order at the drive thru. The meat on the biscuits was dry and dark. Cashier explained she just cooked them. I guess no more breakfast from Hardess
