Had to go back in for a remake on the Frisco sandwich. Was given a burger cold in the middle still and bacon partially frozen. Bacon didn’t even look done so I don’t know how it’s even possible to have messed up that bad.

The employees at this Hardee’s really need to understand that people use the drive-thru in the morning for speed, not to sit for 15 minutes at the ordering booth waiting for someone to take an order. Only one person seemed to be working the window while the rest were nowhere to be found. When customers are told repeatedly to “just wait” and it’s clear the store isn’t busy, it’s obvious where the problem lies — too much time spent on cell phones or pointless conversations instead of serving customers. If you’re in a hurry before work, skip this location entirely.

The good was good, i do like Hardee’s and i travel a lot so it of all the reg fast food places Hardee’s is a good one for me . The Frisco is my favorite but the mushroom Swiss is always good . As usual food was, well, fast food and i got the famous start this time(i will usually order what’s on special).i had a deal on my app so i placed an online order so it would be rdy when i got there. I knew i was going to arrive earlier than expected so i called ahead to let them know to go ahead and get it started that i would be there soon. When i arrived it had not been started yet, not did they receive the order. I was told that they didn’t get the order and asked if i could show them the order as which i left my fone in the trk(truck driver) so u had to walk across the street to get my phone and as i thought it was ordered and paid for, the address was correct, i walked back with the phone and showed the 2 girls that were there and they acknowledged they received it, great on my way. I asked about a sign on the window about another deal but neither knew what or to order it so i didn’t go farther. I think some training or info on some of these fast food restaurants would help customers out more because it’s frustrating to get the same ‘i don’t know how that works’or u got to call them answer. All n all was good experience and i do recommend y’all going, just be sure and bring your phone if u place an order online, and enjoy!

Arrived at 10:50 am. Ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich, was given a ham biscuit. Went back and explained again at 11:01 to explain again wanted hot ham and cheese not biscuit. Never got it. Went back at 11:15 and ask for refund. They said sorry for misunderstanding. What is so hard about looking at picture and punching in #8.

We came in for breakfast at around 6am one morning. We were the only customers in the entire place, they didn’t have any drive thru customers either. We had to wait to order at the counter for at least 10 minutes while they all stood around and talked looking straight at us. They knew we were ready to order since we weren’t looking up at the menu. They weren’t busy doing anything. Just talking to each other and ignoring us. Horrible service. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!What a complete waste of money. I ordered a superstar combo and added a chocolate shake. Service was super slow even though only 3 customers while I was there. My burger was horrible, patties are hard and crusty along the edge clearly been sitting in a pan way to long. The fries I recieved wasn’t bad would have been nice if the container wasn’t half filled. But what really blew my mine was when my chocolate shake was started. The lady went to the freezer and got a cup with ice cream in it that had been in the open cup in the freezer so long the lady put it in the microwave before proceeding to the blender. My soda was good So there’s that I guess. I also was told I would recieve my receipt with my food which to no surprise was missing too

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION

The lack of preparation and professionalism at this Hardee’s is unbelievable.

We pulled into the parking lot ready to grab some food, only to watch an employee walk from behind the counter and lock the front doors as we were getting out of the car. No explanation, no signage—just locked it with customers still inside.

Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we drove around to the drive-thru and attempted to ask a few basic questions. The employee responded with short, one-word answers—like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering food. The attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming.

We then tried to place an order for 20 chicken tenders and were told they only had 15 left. This was a full hour before closing. How does a restaurant run out of something that basic, that early? That’s not just poor planning—it’s bad business.

To the owner: this is exactly how both new and loyal customers are lost, and how profits disappear. Your staff either isn’t trained, doesn’t care, or both—and it shows.

To potential customers: don’t waste your time, money, or patience. There are plenty of other places that are actually prepared and willing to serve you. This Hardee’s location clearly isn’t one of them.
