Man, this place is pretty bleak. Walking into this fast food establishment, you’re blindsided with some flashing and flickering lights that were DEFINITELY a problem for me with migraines and such. The service took a while. Stood and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The food came and it was hot, but just…so bland? The place was at least clean.
Bojangles is usually a hit, but this place is a miss.

It was slooooow. Took a very long time to get our food. We had to clean our own table. The hot bar with the fixins that you can see when walking thru the order line was a mess. If we didnt have time constraints, we would have left. On a better note, the food was good. It was what you would expect from Bojangles. It was hot, chicken was crispy, fries weren’t overly seasoned, and the biscuit was soft. Oh and the tea was sweet.

AI took my lunch order correctly and when it came through the drive thru window I asked the lady working was everything in the box. After I returned to work for lunch I opened the box to find four Supremes with everything else I ordered. Well, only problem is I ordered the “5” peice Supreme Combo!!!! It took 14 minutes to get through the drive thru also. Unexceptable!!!! Please pay attention to the order!!!!

Forget a personal greeting….AI has taken over and taking your order. Then we get to the window where a young lady takes your money but doesnt double check the order or even say hello or have a nice day. I had a chicken biscuit with tomato and cheese. Can we start that most bites were straight fried batter. Where there should be chicken, the old “Wheres the beef?” ladies were yelling “Wheres the chicken?” in my head. For a place known for their chicken…..McDonalds, a burger joint has more chicken than you. Bojangles used to be a favorite. Sad to see a good chain go to crap.

I always get quick and good service at this Bojangles in Mayodan. The biscuits are always fluffy and fresh. Bojangles in general has done a good job with price management as its still actually affordable to eat here. We had two bacon and cheese biscuits and two drinks for under $8. I highly recommend this one for a biscuit.

i’ve came to this location many times and 9 times out of ten i see the same 2-3 people running the store. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue but any time i see these individuals there is always the same manager (glasses and dark hair) there just standing around doing nothing but observing. I’ve always wondered why the now hiring sign is always up.. guess we know why.

This has to be the worst Bojangles I’ve ever eaten at. Time & time again the food is bad and the 4 piece supremes just cost me $13 which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food I received. The tenders are overcooked and the fries are old & stale. Would not recommend wasting your $ here.

Come to this Bojangles at least once a week 80% of the time to get the order wrong. Here at 10:30 and they’re supposed to be off the breath menu but they tell me they don’t have lunch items and the run out of biscuits. Someone needs to look in on how this place is managed.

I stopped at this location on my way back home to the Charlotte area from up in Virginia. The staff that day was the nicest of any location I have been to. The guy at the front taking my order, seemingly the manager, was very nice. Instead of calling over the speaker about the order being ready, it was brought to my table as I was just browsing on my phone.
