IF IT COULD BE A ZERO IT WOULD BE!!! Stopped in on pur way through town yesterday around 6 pm. This was the very expensive chicken sandwhich my husband ordered. What is wrong with yall. The health department needs to come in here for real!!! This is just lazy and nasty!!!

Manager was extra rude.. I ask about how they ring my food up and she got smart.. when I told her I did ask her how long she had been there, she asked me if I had a problem… I told her I didn’t ask her how long she been here, I was asking about how much I was charged. She got loud and very rude then slammed the window in my face and told go some where.. Never seen so much disrespect in my life from a employee here until today..

I made a pit stop here while in GA for work, and the staff at this store were so helpful and friendly. They had no problem letting me make two separate orders. They really knew what they were talking about when i asked about the menu. And the food was delicious!well. Definitely a Hardee’s worth visiting. Solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Ms. Helen took care of my family today. She greated us with a smile and helped us decide the cheapest way to feed the whole family. We have 3 little girls and she was so nice to them and listened to everything they had to say without them feeling rushed. She definitely deserves a raise, she made my whole day!!! Stopped at Hawkinsville,
GA @9 :15am. After waiting at the counter 20 minutes & being ignored… Ordered Steak & Sausage biscuits & 2 drinks. Paid via credit card. Cashier was so rude. Then said they were out of sausage, but tried to give me 2 steak biscits. She charged me for 2 steak biscuits, 1 sausage biscuits, 2 drinks. I said cancel the whole order & she said my credit card was not charged, so left & found out it had charged my card. I went back & demanded a credit or my money back. She said “I’m so tired of these rude people.” I told her, “you are the rude one & I hope your day gets better & have a good day.” & I left. I went next door to Jacks & had a nice delicious breakfast with a very nice welcome & come back. I will not be back to Hardees as this has become the attitude of most of them. Hardees will close soon with not just the attitude, as the stores are not clean. I would have given this location a -10, (negative 10). I’m not sure Hardees even cares about their stores anymore. Sad!

Went around 8:40 p.m. Feb 20th on a Thurs night. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo. 2 white females were working the front. They constantly kept laughing. The female working the drive thru window apologized. When I made it home my tenders were almost burnt. I guess that’s what they were laughing about. I didn’t go back. Won’t order anymore tenders or will just go to another restaurant.
