Hands down the best breakfast crew I’ve ever seen in a Hardee’s! They had cars consistently moving through the drive through while maintaining customer service inside very well! Our food was hot and fresh and brought with a smile! Awesome job guys!

Waited in line 20 minutes this morning for an omelette biscuit. For the first time EVER, IT WAS TERRIBLE.It was just sausage with a PINCH (and I do mean a PINCH ) of omelette ingredients. And it was just slopped on the biscuit. Absolutely ZERO EFFORT.May as well have gotten a sausage egg biscuit. No cheese even…..worst omelette EVER.MIGHT WANT TO TRAIN OR IF NECESSARY, INSPIRE THE COOK .

Absolutely horrible service. Set at the drive thru line for over 10 minutes waiting and no one answered after multiple HELLO’S… finally decided to move to the window to ask what was going on… they told me “even though I waited i would need to wait at window dude”. I said “no I will not” They said come inside got two orders wrong before me and then got my order wrong.. never again I get commerce is small but that place is ridiculous

We needed a little snack for lunch on our way through and I was craving a burger so we stopped. I tried the new package deal with 2 choices, fries, and a drink for $6. Apparently this location is like a lot of others and under staffed since it took a while to fix 3 meals and they weren’t busy. Most of the food was good and definitely fresh, my only issue was they murdered my double cheeseburger. The patties could’ve been used as hammers and were black. I didn’t have time to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement and I could tell they were already cranky so I wasn’t getting my food hawk tued in to. Otherwise the chicken wrap was very good and cooked properly.

Customer service is horrible and I didn’t even go there yet but I will be , I called to see what time they stopped serving breakfast before I left work to come all the way there just for them not to be serving breakfast. A gentleman answered said hello asked me what I needed and then when I proceeded to ask him what the one question he hung up on me and no one will answer now … idk what I did wrong just by asking a simple question ? Y’all definitely need better customer service !

Got chicken tender plate. Tenders was burnt. They were a lot darker than normal. They need to change the Grease. The fries were cold and the shake had a wax film in the mouth after drinking. Threw it away didn’t even drink. It was nasty!!!!! Definitely will not be back

I got a breakfast burrito meal. A friend I was with got his meal fast. I ordered right after him. He was finished way before I got my meal. Others who came in after me were getting their orders before me. I don’t know if their was some confusion on how to make a burrito, but it seemed to be a new item, all they did was put what would have gone into a biscuit into a tortilla. And I had to pay $2 extra for a tiny cup of gravy. Sould have come free with the meal. It does at other restaurants. I don’t think I’ll be back. I’m not a Hardees/Charles Jr. Fan anyways. I just went there because my friend was going there.
